This particular location cannot get orders out in a timely manner. They always put you in a parking spot to wait on your order instead of getting it out by the time you get to the second window. Many make you pull forward but this location is the worst. The food is fine and consistent with how McDonald's is supposed to taste.

EYELASH HAIR FOUND IN FOOD
Came early morning and got the sausage biscuit. Checked my food & no sausage in my biscuit. I showed the lady manager and looked confused. I then had to verbally tell her my sausage was missing.
I’m eating my sausage and I find hair stuck onto the wrapping. Gross! Most of them don’t speak English. Please hire competent staff.

They are not open 24/7 as advertised. They make excuses why they don't want to do their job so if they are not open and ready to serve 24/7 why is it posted online or on Google maps that they're open? It's a scam. I would give 0 stats if i could
Stop hiring people who cant speak English!!! This isn’t taco bell. Every time I come here they get my order wrong even after speaking slow and repeating myself multiple times. And they’re slower than turtles. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't go to this McDonalds drive thru unless you enjoy waiting forever. They love to have you pull forward, then forget about you. Sometimes they even ask you to park in one of the many reserved spots for their drive thru customers because they can't seem to get food out in a speedy time. Perhaps they aren't sure what 'fast food' is, or perhaps they don't care. Either way, by time you get your food it will be cold.

This was surprisingly the best customer service I have had in a while. The guy working the drive through was amazing. The food was typical bur I had to make a comment about the customer service. I was taken back like is this McDonalds or Chick-fil-A

I am not sure what had happened to this location over the past 2 years, but I am by far pissed about how things are being ran. Nobody should ever have to wait more that 5 minutes for food. 10 minutes is even worse, and this is happening on multiple occasions. Iam done!!!
