I’ve been going here since we moved to Houston Texas because it’s close by , but the customer service is really bad that I drive to a different location for respect and better service. I ordered 2 Big Mac and got 1 after getting home. No good communication skills with the language barrier.

I don’t ever leave reviews but…..How is it I order 30 nuggets & don’t get asked what sauce I’d like with them?So I ask at the window and this woman puts 1 single sweet and sour sauce in there for 30 nuggetsY’all wanna charge for extra sauces but I ain’t even get the amount I should’ve and best believe I will get so many extra sauces next timeEven if I don’t need them

The location was clean and neat. They have a lot of employees, but service is a little off due to them falling all over each other. They tend to forget a few things on your order, but they don't give you a and time about it when you go back for the correct item.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for several years now considering it’s the closest to my house. I’ve never had an issue with missing or cold food. But the reason for this review is for David at the drive thru…every time I go he always greets me with a smile and such nice attitude overall. This guy right here deserves a raise! Thank you David for always ending my days with a smile when I pick up my son’s happy meal after a long day at work!

Claims to be 24 hours. LIES, I tell you, LIES. Also, messed up my order more than once and if it wasn't the closest place to me, I wouldn't bother :( that and working at night leaves me with few options. I have a solution though:
