Terrible service, locked bathroom, they don't allow you to enter until you ask them for access and it takes them several minutes to approach the counter, I would never return, there are many more places to eat a hamburger

Tired of coming here and ordering made to order (fresh) food. Do not order fresh because they just end up throwing whatever old food they have out already in the fryer and double frying old food. Nasty. Only reason I came was to get some fresh food I PAY FOR. What makes these companies think we are spending real money on old nasty food. The commercials on tv say “guaranteed fresh, hot and crispy” yet the workers are too lazy to actually make anything fresh, even when it’s being asked for. Lazy, unprofessional, and a disgrace. This is what we have come to expect from the current fast food industry in America. Underpaid people don’t do their jobs right half the time due to lack of actually giving a damn, and no actual leadership in a company. Disappointing to say the least. At least do your job right! but no one wants to do that working for pennies to the dollar of a billion dollar company, that will never care about its employees or the service they are providing. I see why people actually prefer ripping off takeout recipes and just cooking their favorite food at home. McDonalds needs a major boycott, but that will never happen because half these Americans actually have no problem eating old cold nasty food that’s been sitting for hours under a heater. It’s their norm at this point and McDonald ain’t changing anything anytime soon about actual quality. Whatever saves a company money right??

Because I spoke Spanish, they didn't help me. In the first booth they sent me to the last one to order and it turns out that when I got to the last one, the manager, according to him, said that he couldn't sit me down because I should have asked for the order before. But unfortunately I didn't understand the lady in the 1st box and she sent me to you, I told her... the supposed manager is Latin and he could understand me well but he didn't want to take my order, he said that I should go around again and do it in English . He is an incompetent anti-Latino racist while being Latino himself. Arrogant ! I will do my best to leave complaints everywhere! My son wanted a happy meal and he didn't take the order!

I was only asking them for help because I didn't speak English very well and they told me to leave if I didn't know how and they are Latinos too. For God's sake, these people don't deserve their job I was with my little nephew I had to go to the taco bell across the street if they treated me well
