I went here last week and the cashier over charge me I asked for extra pickle easy lettuce and easy sauce on a big Mac and she charge me for extra cheese when I did not ask for that today I went there I ordered two big mac's a order of fries I was very upset because she called the numbers out for the order I end up getting a fish and fries I told the lady the mgr that is not my order she said I said that number but I yelled the number at her on top of that it took almost 25 minutes before I got my food I was going to get my money back but I could not find my receipt I think she taken it so she handed me my order I just natch the bag from her never again I would not go to that McDonald's again do not wear gloves while handling the fries I hope I do not get sick them Mexicans need to go back where they came from because they barely speak English and the language barrier is bad sorry for you

I’ve gone here for a while now and honestly never had an issue until one of the guys named Destin was extremely rude when taking my order. He didn’t want to provide me with service because quote on quote “I was being too slow when ordering”. Everyone else was nice but him so if you can do us a favor he needs to go.

THIS BENCH HAD THE NERVE TO DIRECT MY ATTENTION TO THIS SIGN LIKE WE CHARGE FOR CUPS… WHERE TF DO YOU SEE CUPS LISTED HONEY?Why are you charging 24 cents for a cup of ice water in this Texas heat to customers who just purchased food? I purchased food through app and when I asked for a cup of ice the employees advised me I had to pay for the cup which is 24 cents not an entire quarter 😒 I’ve never heard of this in my entire live. The fact that you guys are inside of a Walmart where cheap are for sale is obnoxious. It’s obvious that the employees here are oppressed and overworked with little to no pay but dang boss man you really penny pinching.

People need to watch who serves your food or who gives you condiments. There is a lady that goes around mopping floors and wiping down counters while touching chemicals and not even bother washing her hands after she finishes cleaning the area. She will start grabbing lids and straws and chairs all while having her hands dirty!! That is very nasty and is also why people get sick!!

Came into the restaurant before work to get breakfast . No tables to seat at . People were at the tables with no food just chit chatting . No one knows how to help at the counter ask a lady for help she ignored me and kept walking . I asked someone else they said no English 🤨

The value menu has given us a chance not only to enjoy a regular lunch but to add a small sandwich as an add-on if you need a little bit more

Bad service, the cashier was super despotic and rude, I think it was this aspiring manager. According to my experience, we ordered 3 double meat burgers and double everything plus some large fries and I went to ask for Ranch sauce and since we were two people, I went to ask for two sauces and they only gave me one and they told me that they would charge me for the other, it is not so much that they charge it but the attitude of the cashier who is despotic and unpleasant except for Doña Juana who was the only one who helped us

Terrible service, the bitter cashiers are very terrible and if they didn't place the order correctly and you tell them how you want it, they come out very angry as if saying it's your fault. Apart from everything dirty where you eat.

Terrible service, the bitter cashiers are very terrible and if they didn't place the order correctly and you tell them how you want it, they come out very angry as if saying it's your fault. Apart from everything dirty where you eat.
