Service here sucks. You ask for something and they give you what they want. I’m paying for everything not like I’m asking for it.

It’s 5am in the morning and the black lady who is always working the drive thru seems to be in a rush. No one was in front of me in line or behind me. Yet she had her hand out the window ushering me to pull forward saying “helloooo!”

Horrible service, way too slow and the employees and managers do not care nor do they know what they are doing... please find new managers that knows how to handle customer complaints and can properly train their employees to NOT ignore the guest.

Very unprofessional. They allowed 3 cars to get their food & drinks I only ordered 3 drinks & they made me move to the 2nd window set in that spot for about 20 mins waiting on drinks very unhappy

I stopped in around 12pm. while heading back to Chicago. I was also looking for the Owners who I believe the family still owns this location after the death of Mr. Oliver. I worked with Mr. OLIVER when he had 2 locations in Chicago. Would have been nice to see his wife the Mrs. and his 2 adult children who were young teens at the time they left Chicago. It was busy during this time in the drive thru. I ordered take out inside and a special order of no salt on the fries, extra ketchup on the Daily Double and no ice in my drink. It's as if I ordered everything as is. Didn't want to wait for a redo. The dog enjoyed the fries thou. Really didn't want to complain because I learned how to manage many McDonald's restaurants just from Mr. Oliver's training. Management should be more involved. Next time I'm in Houston I hope to have triple A Service. You have to realize retired McDonald's Managers are the worst critics. 😁. The meal was good.

Very unsanitary. As i was sitting in line waiting for my food i see they hand the car in front of me a bag. The lady digs her hand in and start moving things around with a confused look on her face. She then hands the bag back and they give her the correct bag. Well guess what that was my bag, immediately i pull up and they hand me the bag. I tell them i don't want it and to give me another other ordered. they go to the back swap bags and then give me my bag. This place is disgusting that is very unhealthy and safe especially with Covid coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. and will never return. Also i didn't eat the food. Simply went into the trash.
