I went yesterday night to buy a kids meal and they did not have a toy but they also did not let me know before I paid. Also they did not provide a drink I felt robbed. I went back to speak with the employee but didn't seem to care. Horrible service

I have given this location 5 attempts. Each time they've charged me extra for a drink EVEN WHEN BUYING A MEAL. Today the lady that always messes up my order argued about why I can't have a fou tain drink. ThenTURNED THE MACHINE OFF. If I had time, I'd sue. You'll be harassed and possibly be stolen from.in here. They treat everyone like dirt. Do NOT come here. Another location is a short walk away and treats everyone like they belong there.

There is a lady working here her name is Maggy i work with her at Taco Bell. She has been stealing from our company. Bringing food from McDonald’s cooking it for our employees . Also bringing cases of food from Taco Bell and Popeyes be careful this lady is a thief please watch your food when she is working she is not to be trusted . Someone sent us pictures she is horrible.

Let me start off by saying you guys don’t even deserve a 1 star you deserve 0 stars soon as I walked up the manger had an attitude I ordered my food asked for everything fresh …she re-dipped everything back in that nasty oil I told her to remake it never remade nothing just walked back there as If they did …the fries were burned when I asked her about them she say the grease is dirty then caught an attitude with me ..meanwhile I’m pregnant she was very rude and nasty towards me and she never gave me my refund like I asked !
It is the worst McDonald's that I have been able to visit in my life. This comment is dedicated to the supervisors and managers of the establishment. Look at the treatment that their workers are giving to customers, and the truth is that they are not adequate in terms of food and hygiene. It's very good but when the afternoon shift where Latinos like me work, the treatment is different, I don't know why our same race is like that with ourselves, they treat you badly, they hardly pay attention to you unless you speak to them in English as if they were American, the majority don't even think about asking them to give you a glass of water or a glass of ice, something that at any other McDonald's they would give you in good faith. I have put it to the test three times and all three times it has been the same treatment and every day worse supervisors and managers, be careful with that because the truth is that personnel like this are not worth having

The McDonald's in Walmart near 4400 n. Freeway is full of young Hispanics who are rude with no customers service. My chicken was flat and burnt covered with lots of mayonnaise to cover it. They grab the top of fries with no gloves. I asked for refund but got suggestions. I emailed customer service, they told me to go back and get the refund from them. The Order placed on the kiosk that had no receipt paper. They probably act like that because it's a lot of homeless people around there. I'm hoping it's not stereotyping or racism.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of homeless people hanging out without food.
