Beware of placing your order through the app. Apparently, this location is not receiving those orders and will not give you the food even though you have a valid receipt through the app and email. A few minutes later, the manager told me that they had received the order, but I would need to pay AGAIN if I wanted it. I declined. I was told that my first order was refunded. I checked my account and it was not refunded.
The staff were clueless. It's McDonald's, so not expecting any kind of customer service, however, they could be trained to better handle these situations. So, be cautious with the app. It's glitching and they make pursuing a refund extremely frustrating.
The staff are miserable and it shows. If I had to spend my life working at McDonald's inside of a Walmart, I would probably be bitter too. It's extremely dystopian. Last time ordering at that location.

The food is really tasty, and the crew really works hard to push orders through and whenever i need something they are kind enough to help me out and other customers as well! An employee named Daniel was kind enough to help me figure out what to order and recommend me to get a meal deal for 5.95 and recommend to try their newest pie flavor called the Holiday Pie, this pie is filled with rich cream vanilla flavor and a toasty soft bread as you bite into it, so thank you! The person who handed out my food was named Andrea, she was a boss at handling orders and making drinks. Thanks afternoon crew!

This location is inside of Walmart and I visited the McDonald's the other day for breakfast after shopping. The manager was very polite and attentive to her customers. One Spanish lady could have been friendlier when I told her I ordered 2 coffees but the rest of the team was superb. I will go out of my way to visit this Walmart and will make it a point to visit this McDonald's every time.

Rude Hispanic manager closed at 9:25 only had ice cream and frappes no food due to him closing grill if u cannot run business up until closing time than change timing online.

Terrible customer service, waited in line while not being acknowledged, finally someone came, with a dull demeanor. I just wanted a large cup of ice, I was told that they don’t give cups of ice away, and I would have to pay for a large drink. I was willing to pay for the ice, but not a large drink.

I went yesterday night to buy a kids meal and they did not have a toy but they also did not let me know before I paid. Also they did not provide a drink I felt robbed. I went back to speak with the employee but didn't seem to care. Horrible service

I have given this location 5 attempts. Each time they've charged me extra for a drink EVEN WHEN BUYING A MEAL. Today the lady that always messes up my order argued about why I can't have a fou tain drink. ThenTURNED THE MACHINE OFF. If I had time, I'd sue. You'll be harassed and possibly be stolen from.in here. They treat everyone like dirt. Do NOT come here. Another location is a short walk away and treats everyone like they belong there.

There is a lady working here her name is Maggy i work with her at Taco Bell. She has been stealing from our company. Bringing food from McDonald’s cooking it for our employees . Also bringing cases of food from Taco Bell and Popeyes be careful this lady is a thief please watch your food when she is working she is not to be trusted . Someone sent us pictures she is horrible.
