I'm late to work once again even though I pre-ordered my food through the convenient app, I arrived at the location and promptly check in right after a car next to me does the same exact thing, roughly 5 minutes go by and the first car gets service next to me the employee goes back inside and I genuinely believe that my order is next because all I really ordered what is a sausage biscuit and hash brown something that should have already been on their warmers and ready to go yet I'm here waiting 10 minutes after the first car has been served and forced to go inside the restaurant despite ordering curbside, I painfully have to tell the employees that I'm still waiting for my order and they start treating me as if I am a delivery courier even though I literally showed them the McDonald's app checked in to the literal curbside spot and the employees have the nerve to tell me about my attitude. If you want to waste time come to this location otherwise avoid it at all cost, the employees don't want to be there and generally just don't care about the customers they have waiting who made the due diligence to try to make the process faster only to be forced to wait longer due to the employees complacency with management not actually being accountable and taking the side of the employee for this particular situation trying to defuse the situation telling me to calm down.

When we walked into McDonald, there was an employee mopping the floor, which made the floor slippy. My sister, who is 83 years old and the rest of my party, had to walk very carefully so we did not fall. I placed an order using my McDonald app. When I picked up my order, it was wrong. Try explaining to the employee working front counter, but they did not understand English. I spoke to about 3 different people about my order not being correct before a shift leader or manager appeared. By the time the manager appeared, I was very upset. She took a look at my receipt and said in order to fix my order, I would need to pay additional money because my app did not work. The app used was for you to buy any breakfast sandwich for $2. If my app did not work, the person who took my order should have said something. I questioned him about my total, and he confirmed it charged me $2 for the sandwich. The manager should have just corrected my order instead of trying to charge me additional money. I got my money back and went to Burger King.
