Literally, the place closes at 1 AM. You guys need to stop hiring kids who don’t really want to work. They are packing up and closing an hour early just because they don’t want to work until closing time. People literally lining up in the drive-through. No one answering the intercom then want to have smart rude comments when we ask, are they closing, just a bunch of lazy children hired at a establishment that clearly doesn’t care who is working the register or in customer service for that matter if they don’t want to work the hours that the store is supposed to be open they don’t need to be working

Paid $20 for an online order on 4/7/24 and did not get my food!!!! The Spanish guy with acne sores in his face deleted my order and had me pull up. When I asked how long my food would be after I waited a while he told me he didn’t know how long it was going to take and started cussing at me. I s recorded him on video!!!! He walked off and refused to make my order.

I normally stop at this location on my way home. Today was absolutely horrible. I got home and got wrong drink, fries half empty and burger was wrapped as if wrapper was open and reclosed since I didn’t want onions. I left a message and waiting for manager to call me back.

Unfortunately, each time that I have gone to this establishment I requested having The bundle toasted extra are well done, but basically end up getting whatever they deem okay.Service service for the most part on drive through early in the mornings. The associate that works behind that counter seems to be non motivational and a little upset at times period.

Everything was great,I did over look one this the teenage that look my order kept asking the code number for a deal I get every day.When we arrived at the window,she she 3.02 and I said for what on the first one which was a large hazelnut iced coffee.I logged in and out my app bout five times before she when to ask the manager.The manager solved it n we ended up getting the ice for .82 cent ,instead of $1.07.Im a satisfying customer, Thanks on our food order also
