Very efficient work from start to finish. The night shift was an amazing team—fun, focused, and clearly working together the entire time. Big shout-out to the kitchen for having everything ready to go and keeping things moving smoothly under pressure. The front team was very in sync, communicating well and staying on point, and special recognition to the window girl for confidently taking charge and directing the flow just right. Night management deserves credit as well—you can really tell this is a tight, well-run shift. Even with long lines, the pace never slowed down and service kept moving steadily. Overall, a great experience with a hardworking crew that knows how to handle a busy night the right way

I just bought a frappe chip hoy and it was watery they don't make it when we get to the window I asked to make me another one the boy that had a red shirt said no . That's not how to treat your customers 😕

Came to this location for a simple order from the McDonald's mobile app. The deal says buy a 6 PCs nuggets or double cheeseburger and get ANY size McCafe beverage. 1st at the drive thru, the guy tells me the smoothie doesn't apply to the deal. Then that gets corrected, I get to the window to pay , I'm being overcharged. Now we get that corrected, get to the window to get my order and it was wrong. I ordered a large smoothie and they give me a extra small. I tell them I ordered a large and he says that's 99 more cents. Manager had to come correct that also. 20 minutes just for a cheeseburger and a smoothie. How can EVERY process of ordering food be wrong at EVERY station. Today is 9/17/2025 @ 1:20 pm. That whole shift needs to be re trained.

Came in today to buy a mocha at the drive through when I got home I was half way done with my drink when I noticed something off inside my drink keep in mind I was already almost finished with the last bit that was in when I noticed it and I am honestly so very disappointed and disgusted by what I have found .. A COCKROACH IN MY DRINK ?!!

Shout out to Jose on the Frappe! Nice consistency, not too thin and he was friendly with a nice smile. The young guys during weekday lunch at the inside register and pick up window have good service

This place is falling off. The wait time is long and they will almost always make you park on the side. This happens no matter how basic your order is. They also never bring out ketchup or other condiments with your order. We go here at least 4 times a month and it never fails.

Besides what other people have to say , I love that McDonald’s that’s the only McDonald’s I’ll always eat at , food always fresh && the manager that’s there tonight doing an amazing job ; the staff && customer service always great KEEP up the good work guys !
