Waited 30 minutes for a simple order !! This happened once and I thought let me give them another try maybe it was just one of those days!! They took FOREVER AGAIN!!! It was longer than the first time!!! The food was okay but if you want “FAST FOOD” this is not the place to go !! I literally had somewhere to be and got there late because of this…..

Their drive thru is a joke . Waiting for over 10 mins for 2 happy meals every single time?!!! And on top of that they usually get your order wrong!

Worst service. Order then you'll be waiting forever. Alot of people abandon their orders because service is so slow.
Picked up for curbside and when the guy came out to hand me my order did not say hello or nothing just hands me my food and is looking the other way. Like if I did something to him and then he leaves without saying anything. Food is good but that guy seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

They need to just shut this McDonalds down! They are un capable of handling basic orders. This is the sixth time that I’ve been to this McDonald’s and this is the sixth time that they have forgot an item today I waited 30 minutes for a double that they forgot to put in my bag I asked to speak with the manager she never came outside, so I had to park my car go inside And ask for her she was very rude and dismissive. I asked her for her name. She says Mayra I told her what had happened and she said oh you’ve been outside for 20 minutes. I said yes I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes for a double that y’all forgot to put in my bag now all my other food is cold because I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for y’all to make a double but 12 cars have already left. I was waiting outside. She said oh sorry, puts the bag on the counter and walks away. There’s absolutely no customer service at this location. They just want your money they give you old food. All the fries were like deep fried into old Greece. It’s just pure laziness and it’s sad because McDonald’s has gone up in prices and if you’re a mom of four imagine what you would be spending at McDonald’s too, pay for meals that they’re not even giving you quality and quantity because they’re in capable of fulfilling a basic order
