Absolute worst experience, I initially went to the drive thru and was ignored. Proceeded to order online instead and waited at curbside for 20 minutes. Now I'm inside waiting with over 5 other people complaining about the long waits.

What a nightmare of a store. I ordered via the app and pulled up to a full line in the drive through with no where to park. I had to park next door at the family dollar. I walked straight to the counter, as the app says, and no one acknowledges you; even if you have an order already ready. I watched the cashier refill sugar in the coffee maker, ignoring multiple customers asking to pick up their online orders, myself included. After 5 minutes, “oh our system”
A sign on the counter would suffice.

This place is trash. 8:44am on this day I pulled up to the menu in lane number 1 and waited. Another car pulled up to the menu in lane 2 and they took her order first. This place is rude and disrespectful.

The incompetence of employees here effectively stole $22 from me by not understanding their order system. The order got lost so then I had to duplicate it and then they charged them both to my credit card and we’re unable to cancel them ridiculous
There were also multiple people sleeping/living in this McDonald’s.
