They don't give you what you ask for and they make you wait up to 30 minutes for only 2 frapes. Very bad service. If you think about coming, come early because they make you wait a long time.

I was a daily here but They pretty much have the frappe broken, when they have it runnin, you ask with the expresso shot and they give it to you in 2 cups🤣🤣, i think they need training….. 3 different employe doesnt know what I was talking about….

The location is in great proximity to the bus line. It's not the fastest location I've been to, but orders come out right, and the drive-through and front counter are well balanced.

This McDonald's at 5301 East Fwy is by far the worst in the area. I sat at the drive-thru for over 5 minutes with no one taking my order, even though employees were inside. The service here is always slow and disorganized. On top of that, their McDonald's sign has been broken since June 2024—it's now February 2025, and they still haven't fixed it. Clearly, management doesn't care about upkeep or customer service.
Another huge issue is that they close early all the time—even though other McDonald's stay open late. If you're expecting late-night service, don't bother coming here because they’ll likely be shut down way before they should be. If you’re looking for better, faster service, go somewhere else. This location doesn’t deserve your money!

I live down the street. I will drive the neighborhood over to go to another McDonald’s. This McDonalds is always slow and will get your order wrong. Plus they make you wait even longer. They are rude and the food tastes off. The only McDonald’s I come to that their coffee tastes AWFUL! I think they don’t clean their machines or use expired products. It’s bad .
