I go here often and every time I'm having to wait for a single drink, people who come after me who just order large orders get there's. I can't even order hamburgers or chivken sandwiches either because any time I go they not only get it wrong and add everything I didn't want but leave out the thing I wanted most. Which is the pickles. My sister recently went today and they not only forgot an order but didn't give us any sauce and made our mcchicken wrong. When she asked for plain and only pickles but they put everything on but the pickles. After having her wait a long time for a pick up order and pull up. If it was one time it be different, but its practically all the time. I'm either waiting long for just some kind of drink and people are getting their order before me. Or I order food and they get it wrong and leave out what I wanted.

Order a simple hot n spicy with a medium fries waited 20mins nothing,and other people came in ordered wait and got their food before me so I just left wasted basically my whole lunch waiting for nothing.

I’ve been here 3x since it’s the closet to my home and everytime I’ve gone I’ve had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for my food. I could literate the one in the drive thru line and they still ask me to wait at a numbered parking and it’s always no less than 20 minutes and when I asked if I could get my drink I’m told to wait ! And 2 out of the 3x my order was wrong or missing items! Pathetic customer service

Horrible customer service on the window cashier drive thur the lady who was this morning. She wear glasses. I don’t know her name. I tried to on the receipt but her name was not on the receipt, but she has a really attitude and bad customer service. I gave her a zero customer service. Please put somebody who wants to be working. Not a people don’t want to be on Work

I mean they take forever to acknowledge you. Placed a mobile order at 10:30, waited until I got the confirmation that it was ready around 10:40 got there around 10:45 and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to be given the order. When I tried to get their attention they would literally look and me and continue on like I didn’t say anything. This is the only location that I ever have issues with. If the order is not ready don’t send a confirmation saying it’s ready or at least acknowledge that your backed up and it could take a minute.

It was 3 Hispanic workers at 2nd window that were extremely rude includinf the one who took the order at drive thru. This was at 8:50 pm Nov. 16th. When I asked a question they spoke Spanish as if irritated by me. Will definitely not be back.

11/06/2024 - Approx 7:36am - Drive through - I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg no cheese meal this morning. Was told it didn't come with cheese. OK. Charged $7.12 and was handed a sausage mcmuffin. Told them what I ordered and handed them the receipt and was given a sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese. So I went inside only to be ignored because everybody was working the drive through and not the front counters. Finally a girl came up, told her what happened and she turned around and grabbed the first sandwich I handed back. I then asked to speak to the manager who did not even greet me and she handed me the the other sandwich with cheese! NO! I was mad at this point, because I'm already here for 10 minutes and she was insistent that I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and showed me a receipt that wasn't mine. I then showed her my bank charge and she finally got me what I ordered. I stopped going to this mcdonald's a while back because their customer service sucked. Well, now I know why it sucks. Because the manager does not have good customer service skills herself. Good riddance!

I wish i could put a negative in the service stars. This location very seldom gets my order correct. Therefore i dont visit here very often. But today being in a hurry and because i work at Walmart right behind this location i tried again. The Hispanic lady just wanyed to argue with me about my order. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED MA'AM!! I order extra tarter sauce on the side with my Filet O fish meal! She told me if i ordered it. It would be in my bag. IT WAS NOT! And while handing me my sodas wanted to argue with me on which one was diet and which one wasn't. Once i got my food and told her the tarter sauce wasn't there. She wanted me to pull forward and wait rather than just getting it for me. I waited several minutes while cars behind me got their food and were leaving behind me. Needless to say my food was getting cold so i drove off! I was in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. Arguing with the customer is a big NoNo! So i wont be returning any time soon!
