I ordered a quarter pounder meal and it was heavy on the salt and black pepper.every bite was like licking a salt box.my husband had to go inside and have them remake my order..they apologized and the staff was extra nice. And it was a clean enviornment.i won't be visiting again though

I had a poor experience with this McDonald's. I really did not want to go here because of the area. But went anyway hoping to get an ok experience. When i got there I saw alot of young people working which was usual for a mcdonalds. But when I got to the first windows to pay. The young lady took my money without greeting me and said you had the hot n spicy right which the hot n spicy was one of the things I ordered when she said the total it was diffrent from what it said on the screen. So I then tried to get a receipt which she had turned around and started talking and laughing with a coworker did not even offer a receipt. Then I drove to the first window and asked the cashier she told me it's NOTHING she could do about it. I then asked her again so I can make sure they did not over charge me and she started laughing saying it's rush hour and she can't do nothing about it. Then she told her supervisor and I heard the supervisor screaming from the background she need to go park in the front if she want that I can't do anything now. I now understand why the employees behave this way it always depends on the manager and their behavior. Highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. They are there for a paycheck and their behavior is a reflection of their everyday character.

This is the second time this specific location has forgotten something in our order. When we asked for a refund, they told us we needed to ask for it through the app and never got a refund.
What McDonald take 10 mins to answer the speaker (12/18 @1:38am) just too say they only taking cash. A crew that stealing . If you gonna steal least make sure my food is done correctly and taste edible. You gave me old refried chicken nuggets and barely any salt on my fries … two dry ass chicken sandwiches… it’s not my fault you didn’t get education to better yaself. And you giving out old as food. I be calling. N morning Better check ya camera bout that crew

The service was excellent My food smelled really good however I didn't get a chance to eat it was running late to work. The one thing I don't do is use restrooms at a fast food restaurant however I didn't have a choice very very clean 10 stars

First of all, when I took my order, the way they answered me was in very bad taste. Secondly, when I took my order, they gave me something totally different from what I ordered, I was missing part of my order, and I asked for an Apple Pay and They denied it to me and then another worker approached me to tell me that if there was, then the one at the window, nothing more was her response that there wasn't, in a very bad way, if you simply don't like working, you should easily not work in this type of position. and place.
