Do not stop by during the night. There is a lot of homeless people who get hostile easily. The worker who gave me my order seemed to not enjoy being there. I asked for BBQ sauce and he proceeded to drop one BBQ sauce like he was annoyed.

I was at the store, placed an order, and they delivered it. I asked if it was complete, and they said yes. When I got home, I was missing half of the order—just the food for my 10-year-old daughters. I decided to go back to the store, and the manager in charge gave me terrible service. She told me the store was closed and there was nothing she could do to help me. When working with the public, there should be more empathy, especially when it comes to food. The attention and customer service are terrible.
Reading the previous reviews, it's the same person. I don't understand how they have someone as a manager in a store who doesn't know how to deal with the public.

Passing through, stopped inside and ordered. they left out both apple pies and shorted me on cookies. I shouldn’t have to check my bag when I go inside a restaurant but better believe I will going forward.
I ordered here and got no receipt from the kiosk. When I asked for one, I got given the runaround and was told that it would come with the food. When the food arrived, no receipt. When I asked again for it, they rudely refused to give me one so I demanded a refund. I got my refund and left. Do NOT come here. Employees are rude.
UPDATE: I talked to the franchise owner and it turns out that they did not even know how to make receipts! Add poor training to the reasons why one should avoid this location... especially if one just so happens to be doing Favor as that REQUIRES a receipt.
