I walked in and I ordered two drinks a five dollar combo and sauce. They didn’t give me the sauce or my drink. I’m very upset and then when I tried to order another one at the front window, they refuse to let me then they had the excuse to tell me that they couldn’t hear me when I was clearly speaking. Diego is innapropriate for the job he has a bad langage and spoke something about gonorrhea in my face it was very offensive he had an additude with me and was very hard to work with pls tell him to be less prideful and full of himself i left out of there completely shocked by his behavior.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's on Wilcrest. The employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. First, they gave me the wrong order, and when I asked them to remake it, they were clearly annoyed. One of the workers, a lady in a pink shirt, was complaining about having to fix the mistake, and I could hear her muttering under her breath while making faces. It was completely uncalled for. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service and the bad attitude from the staff was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

This McDonald's is ALWAYS awful. They are slow, inside and drive through. There is a huge language barrier as no one here speaks fluent enough English. They never get the order right the first time. And there is always something missing. ALWAYS. The management is always super rude. No one there can solve simple problems without involving other people. Food is always cold. Under filled drinks is like a must at this location. Go else where fur food, this is NOT the place. There there is usually some sort of altercation or argument between the staff. And all those good reviews... Are paid for. Not real.

I have never felt compelled to review a McDonald’s location before, but this is definitely my favorite. Everyone there was always been nice to me and my food so far has been equally as great! Drive thru at breakfast is always a breeze AND everyone’s always smiling and kind. I’ve also ordered ahead and done the pickup, which has also been consistently great.

Very slow service, not even in rush hour. Waited in the lobby for around 20 minutes. Not only that, no refill is allowed, only for dine in customer they say, never heard of this policy at any other McDonald's. Very disappointed by this McDonald's.

My food order was a bit complex. I had add ons and substitutions. They got everything correct just the way I wanted it. I really appreciate the attention and service. Everyone working was pleasant to me and their peers. All the staff appeared comfortable working together.

Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids play area. High chairs and Kids menus were available.
