The night crew has some serious problems. The girl at the window handing out food had absolutely no clue what she was doing or what was going on. She tried to give us the wrong food 3 different times. And no one could seem to be bothered to give us our drinks. We ordered 5 meals and they tried to tell us they didn’t come with drinks. We get home and the fry boxes barely have fries in the and all the drinks are wrong. We won’t be back.

Whoever made my quarter pounder with cheese today deserves a raise. They cooked it perfectly and it tasted fresh and hot. Will try this McDonald's first when I have my next craving.

But with the good comes the bad. The lobby really stinks in here. It made me change my sit down order to a to go order. Not sure if they're having a problem sealing the bathroom door but it smells like light sewage in there.

This McDonald’s is a complete embarrassment, and the blame starts with the so-called “manager,” Juana. I’ve had to deal with bad service here before, but this morning proved exactly why this place runs like a circus.

I ordered inside at the kiosk because I can’t use the drive-through. My order never popped up on the screen, yet I could see my food just sitting there getting cold near the coffee station. When I went to the counter, Juana didn’t say one word. Not “hello,” not “what’s your order number,” not “do you need condiments?” Nothing. She just shoved the bag in front of me, dropped two straws in it like she was doing me some huge favor, and then went right back to gossiping with another employee.

This woman has no business being a manager. Juana is rude, unprofessional, and flat-out lazy. If she can’t even acknowledge a paying customer, how is she supposed to manage a store? The staff take their cues from her, which is why half the employees stand around talking trash about their personal lives instead of working. Customers were literally being ignored while Juana and her crew carried on like it was a hangout spot, not a workplace.

If McDonald’s corporate thinks someone like Juana represents their brand, they should be ashamed. She is the reason customers walk out angry, the reason people like me are leaving reviews like this, and the reason this location deserves every single complaint it gets. Replace her with someone who actually cares about basic respect and customer service. Until then, I’ll keep warning people: don’t waste your time or money here, unless you want to be ignored and treated like garbage by Juana, the worst “manager” I’ve ever encountered.

Why don't you recruit more staff? The service is really bad. Only 2 people lined up for the order, but for 20 minutes, no staff came to ask to order to serve customers.

Normally buy 1 cup of coffee for 3-10 minutes. Now it takes 20-30 minutes to wait for the service staff to come to ask for an order. There are only 4 people at the restaurant to pick up. 2 people wait for the staff to ask what to order

Placed an online order and was not given a drink.
I let the employee know that I was missing the drink and he never came back outside to bring me the drink and I ended up having to go inside.

Im so disappointed :/ i ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese and a 10pc chicken nugget (#5 al Carte or whatever). Ive been looking forward to this for 2 weeks. They gave me a 6 pc nugget and a regular quarter pounder with cheese. 😒😒 im so sad. If they didn’t have enough, they could’ve just said that. The person taking the order was laughing and playing around in the background too, part of me thinks they genuinely did not hear the order properly.

Solid McDonalds. Giving the five stars for the lady who runs the first drive thru window in the mornings. I dunno her name but she is the absolute sweetest woman and always has me smiling (before I get my coffee which is always impossible). I’ll keep coming back just because of her.

no counter service! went for a drink went to the counter ended up waiting for service for over 5 minutes finally turned around put my order for 1 large dr paper in the kiosk and 10 seconds got a drink got to my car was the wrong drink

im most upset about the lack up counter service I dont want to use a dozen button presses for a drink overall as a chain the lack of customer care and friendly faces makes me not want to go to McDonald's as a whole

Ordered McDonald's for lunch while I was at work working from home order lunch for me and my daughter I ordered her a Happy meal cheeseburger Happy meal when she open when she tried to bite into her burger she noticed that there was no meat side but before that she noticed that she had a chicken nugget container so she thought she had chicken nuggets come to find out the missing burger from the Happy meal the burger was inside the chicken nugget box What do y'all got going on at this location missing burger from the buns but the missing bun shows up inside the chicken nugget container this is terrible these business just don't care anymore and they just doing whatever What did y'all forget to put the burger on the bun and then just throw it in the chicken nugget box once y'all found out what y'all did incorrectly? So I tell the manager about this missing burger from the bun and he says and? I'm like what do you mean and? It's just terrible

Even when you speak slow to them they mess up the order. And the fries are always cold. I’m over this place. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I walked in and I ordered two drinks a five dollar combo and sauce. They didn’t give me the sauce or my drink. I’m very upset and then when I tried to order another one at the front window, they refuse to let me then they had the excuse to tell me that they couldn’t hear me when I was clearly speaking. Diego is innapropriate for the job he has a bad langage and spoke something about gonorrhea in my face it was very offensive he had an additude with me and was very hard to work with pls tell him to be less prideful and full of himself i left out of there completely shocked by his behavior.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's on Wilcrest. The employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. First, they gave me the wrong order, and when I asked them to remake it, they were clearly annoyed. One of the workers, a lady in a pink shirt, was complaining about having to fix the mistake, and I could hear her muttering under her breath while making faces. It was completely uncalled for. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service and the bad attitude from the staff was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
