The food was good. We didn't get the condiments i ordered in the mobile order. There were No lemons in the lemonade (i had custom ordered 3), but well it's not that bad, because there was a McDonald's when we needed one. i got the ketchup by asking. This time i also asked for a mayonnaise and she said that they did Not have any mayonnaise but she offered me more ketchup instead. She was friendly and we both smiled at each other. We can't be too picky and keep in a good mood instead.
I went through there and tried to use my points and they charge my card and took my points off my mobile app. People are no help at all using your mobile app I will never stop there again and I went there to save money

Came here and bought a lot of food and this McDonald said they don’t have any KETCHUP.. yea one McDonald without ketchup ! And 8:45 they tells us it’s close now we have to leave the kids playing area

Night shift for this location, and I am not complainer to fast food restaurants but I was one of them and I know how hard it is. Night shift crew over here blasting music like they’re at a party. But regards to that, manager her is very rude I had told her that I had ordered my food on the app so I wouldn’t be late to work and she replied with “I advice you to come in much earlier for that.” Like that’s a whole reason why I put it in and they kept making excuses. I didn’t get her name but she was Hispanic lady.

I arrived in the drive thru at 3:49am on the way to take my autistic non verbal son to the children’s hospital (he hadn’t eaten in over 30 hours, but pointed to McDonald’s as we were driving by). When I pulled up they said it was only cash and their system would update in 5-10 minutes. I asked what time dinner would stop, he only eats chicken nuggets happy meal, she said 4am. I asked a customer at the window if he would pay cash and I could send him money, he agreed at 3:55am. He asked the lady how much and she said they stopped serving dinner. I told her, “you told me 4am” she rudely said, “I didn’t tell you that”. I explained the situation while crying and she just said Idk how told you that but it wasn’t me and ignored my pleading.
