This McDonald's is in my neighborhood, my granddaughter spent Monday and Tuesday because school was out. I stopped to get her breakfast 10:15 am but because of the long lines I got to order at 10:30am and the woman said I'm not taking your breakfast order, I responded you just took the truck ahead of me, she changed the screen I don't care we are serving lunch now, I will not be returning to this location for your rude service, there's a Jack the box I will start patronizing across the street from this location.

This is a great McDonaldâs however the homeless hanging at the drive-through order speaker and at the drive-through windows and when youâre pulling out of the drive-through is ridiculous. Not only is it dangerous for both the driver and the pedestrian. Itâs very uncomfortable. Not to mention the trash scattered all over the parking lot and the trash cans overflowing is terrible. Iâve seen security there every once in a while, but they need security there every day, especially at night and early morning. McDonaldâs needs to have security there every day. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

I always do orders online 30 minutes in advance they never have my order ready if I do an order online is because Iâm in a rush to get to work but I still wait another extra 20 minutes getting their I guess they donât think orders online are that important but itâs extreamly rude and unprofessional

On Monday thru Saturday the Lobby is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, on Sunday the Lobby is open from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The Drive-Thru is 24 hours a day, plus delivery and mobile order pickup is 24 hours a day. The Lobby is only open during certain hours.

On 9/11/25 around 2:45 PM, I went to order a 2 Cheeseburger Combo at the drive-thru, and the employee told me they no longer have that combo. I order this meal at least twice a week, so I know itâs still on the menu. To confirm, I went to another McDonaldâs nearby the same day and was able to order it with no issue. Employees should be better informed about what items are actually available, as Iâve never had this problem at any other McDonaldâs before.

Too many employees that are NOT properly trained. I ordered an Iced Coffee with extra pump of vanilla, a shot of espresso, whipped cream on top with caramel drizzle. They gave me a regular iced coffee. And when I complained about it, they took it back and remade it the exact same way. At this point I realize no one at that drive-through window knew what they were doing outside of pouring black coffee.
