The employee with black glasses and a grey shirt provided very poor customer service. I ordered three buffalo sauces through the kiosk, but due to a system issue, I only received one. When I explained the situation, she rudely told me I needed to pay for the other two sauces, even though my kiosk order clearly showed that I had ordered them for my chicken nuggets. I completed and paid for my order correctly, and the situation was handled unprofessionally.

Waited 20 mins for a frappe. When I told them give me refund I don’t want to wait anymore they refused. Lady in blue shirt was acting like it was my fault I left spot. I only let spot after waiting for long time.
There was a lot of people told to wait in parking spot I was the only one.

Worst McDonald’s! It used to be good but recently every time I order they forget something smh. Example how do you forget to put chicken nuggets in a happy meal 🤦♀️. I say one thing confirm it verbally and they repeat back to me just to get to the window and get told a completely different thing and they won’t change it for you. This McDonald’s by far is the worst now for me.
