I was doing uber eats here and I Couldn’t believe these workers had me stay in the busy drive thru line for more than 30 minutes waiting just to pick up an uber eats order that was ready for pickup, pretty terrible experience

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Also, the employee Spencer was very nice and helpful. He brought us our food to the play area because my kids were playing when the food was ready and I didn’t realize it. He even made sure we were ok and asked us if there’s anything else we needed. It’s honestly very rare for employees to be this helpful these days. My kids even said this was the best McDonald’s.

They had me waiting 30 minutes for a Frappe in the drive-thru, and my food got cold and I had to go inside for my frappe, the guy told me to wait at number 1 and they never came. They didn't even apologize for taking that long.
This is probably the best McDonalds in Houston and it’s not because of the food the staff here is exceptional!!! I have at least 3 McDonald’s closer than this one but I choose to make the drive here for the excellent service. The night crew is especially great.

After seeing the Sonic 3 movie for the 4th time. It was so time to get the those Sonic toys from McDonald’s! This location was super friendly & super busy. It was kept very clean & so where the bathrooms which is always important!

Dont ever order curbside . You will wait more than 30 minutes and they will not bring your order right. And they say they will be back and they don't come back with it for another 20 minutes. Also make sure you check the order there is always something missing.
