I eat McDonald's a lot!!!! I'm a doordasher so I've eaten at every McDonald's around the area. My burger is always missing something. I finally found a McDonald's that made my burger as ordered. Thanks for a great job. I will definitely come back

You know it’s bad when they won’t even give you tap water here. Make sure to keep your valuables out of sight and to protect your wallet.

Manager or woman in red shirt at the front kept ignoring me after I kindly said excuse me multiple times. They didn’t give me my drink after 6 minutes of waiting and multiple customers who came after me being served first she just kept ignoring me

It is the worst branch I have ever visited. Twice and you waste my time

That the manager is extremely rude. I don’t know if her name is Nowa or Mogwa. The Hispanic guy at the front wouldn’t give us any names because of privacy after I told them I was reporting them.

Twice I have ordered food through Uber Eats and I received my order incorrectly, the fries and the coffee were missing, horrible service.

A totally disappointing experience since at the time of enjoying my meal a cockroach started walking on the wall in a place that is supposed to be 100% free and clean of Any kind of insects, I don't want to imagine what happens at night when they close and if they wash the kitchen utensils before opening, what a disappointment.

I asked an employee for some sweet tea and she snapped at me that there are no drinks kept up front I told her well there isn't any sweet tea and the manager came over and said she would make some but never did! I waited 40 minutes.... Also my Mcdouble was missing it's pickles! I specified add mayo.. where my pickles went? Who knows!

Very full, there was no ice for the drinks, apart from the fact that they gave me the wrong order!!
I paid a lot so that in the end I will be missing things from my orders.
And it's not the first time, they are always wrong!!!

The hamburger was terrible, cold and poorly prepared, and I had been waiting for 1 hour, the ladies who serve are rude and shout all the time, they treat everyone with a bad character, my question is: What is McDonald's doing hiring people who are no good at serving customers? ? They should all be fired. If I could give fewer ratings I would.

The lazy and worthless mexican women at the counter do not do their job. Too lazy to give table service unless you’re a Spanish man they consider attractive. Also, to the African American community don’t waste your time. I’ve seen them same Mexican women be racist towards the black women customers.

If I could give a 0 star I would . I had ordered an iced coffee and they did it wrong 3 times even though it was clear on the receipt how I wanted it . They have an attitude they don’t care about customer service. I left & went to another location .
