It is the worst branch I have ever visited. Twice and you waste my time

That the manager is extremely rude. I don’t know if her name is Nowa or Mogwa. The Hispanic guy at the front wouldn’t give us any names because of privacy after I told them I was reporting them.

Twice I have ordered food through Uber Eats and I received my order incorrectly, the fries and the coffee were missing, horrible service.

A totally disappointing experience since at the time of enjoying my meal a cockroach started walking on the wall in a place that is supposed to be 100% free and clean of Any kind of insects, I don't want to imagine what happens at night when they close and if they wash the kitchen utensils before opening, what a disappointment.

I asked an employee for some sweet tea and she snapped at me that there are no drinks kept up front I told her well there isn't any sweet tea and the manager came over and said she would make some but never did! I waited 40 minutes.... Also my Mcdouble was missing it's pickles! I specified add mayo.. where my pickles went? Who knows!

Very full, there was no ice for the drinks, apart from the fact that they gave me the wrong order!!
I paid a lot so that in the end I will be missing things from my orders.
And it's not the first time, they are always wrong!!!

The hamburger was terrible, cold and poorly prepared, and I had been waiting for 1 hour, the ladies who serve are rude and shout all the time, they treat everyone with a bad character, my question is: What is McDonald's doing hiring people who are no good at serving customers? ? They should all be fired. If I could give fewer ratings I would.

The lazy and worthless mexican women at the counter do not do their job. Too lazy to give table service unless you’re a Spanish man they consider attractive. Also, to the African American community don’t waste your time. I’ve seen them same Mexican women be racist towards the black women customers.

If I could give a 0 star I would . I had ordered an iced coffee and they did it wrong 3 times even though it was clear on the receipt how I wanted it . They have an attitude they don’t care about customer service. I left & went to another location .

The person at the cashier and the manager are really stupid. They shouldn't be in this place. I gave them a 100 dll bill and my change should have been 77 dlls because the total of my order was 22 and the stupid old women and they were late, they only gave me 69 dollars and they themselves counted the money in their hands and said that the change was fine. My God, I got tired of explaining to the two useless women that this is not right, why they were charging me 31 not 22 and they still They start shouting as if they were right knowing that they are not because the money was in their hands and yet they did not see that they were wrong, terrible service, what if I regret having gone to this place, it is a super terrible service, always look at your change why in this Macdonald there are people so retarded that even if the computer tells you the exact change of what you have to return, they will say that you are the one who is wrong ???

Employees have bad customer service. Really Rude.

Food was freshly made and Hot but lets talk about SHRINKFLATION Google meet the 2023 Cheeseburger....
