Still one of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. This location is closet to my home and I chose to drive out of my way to other locations anytime I have the opportunity to. Not friendly never hot fries usually under seasoned, nuggets were old and dry my last visit, often a ridulous wait time even when order online.

Pay attention to your receipt they upcharge for everything. There will be extra . 10 .20. order sweet tea on value meal bundle there was .20 upcharge. Ask for light ice on another day it was . 10. The drive thru is soooo slow no matter the day

Had an amazing experience usually the McDonald's around my house is so busy and the cops are always there but this location is amazing. Gotta give a shout out to (Alejandro) such a sweet guy makeing sure me and my brother weren't missing anything from our order and super fast! 🤗🤝

Michael at the front registers made sure my daughter and I felt attended throughout our whole meal. Great customer service and good to see from a young man.
I visited this location at 4pm on a Saturday. The person in the drive thru greeted me and then told me to give her a second. I understood having to wait a second building there is two lines but she proceeded to take three orders before she took mine .(Cars that had pulled up after me) Truly she only ATTEMPTED to Take mine due to me already being upset. As I place my order , I stated I wanted a 20 piece she then immediately asks anything else . I let her know I wanted a basket of fries aswell and she very ignorantly says “so you want a basket of fries and 20 piece nugget deal. You could’ve just said that”. Immediately I didn’t give them my business and drove away.
Please train employees to provide proper customer service . Efficiency and effectiveness is always needed in any industry and truly needs to be taught at this location.
