That lady at cashier that work there at 3 pm is very rude she need be fired she look like she was in bad mood she walked off after she ask me to go or here I was doing a delivery so I said to go and told her the code nd right when I was about show her my phone with the code she walked off without saying not saying nothing nd walked off with attitude helping other people like she jealous of me bc I look better then her nd she going come back acting lost saying may I help u nd when I just told her what I just needed so I walked off on her after I told her the code then she got mad cus I gave same energy back like huh đ she was being petty helping other people nd pretending like I wasnât standing there so ask when order going be ready she acting slow saying u never showed me the code I said it twice đđđđđ nd maybe if u ainât walk off being on patient you wouldâve seen it on my phone âŚ..like what I think yall need evaluate her before she start working there because she seem a little off or sheâs on drugs or something anyways have happy life at McDonalds lil girl đđ˝

Definitely donât recommend this McDonalds for a âquick stopâ the drive through is a joke, they make you pull up in a parking spot and wait for god knows how long and once my order was received it was cold and no condiments that i requested was in the bag ended up having to get out myself and get it anyways. Just donât waste your time you will get aggravated.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders on and received them red raw and gooey, red liquid was dripping out of it and gave me serious stomach problems. Ended up going to the hospital for food poisoning/salmonella. When i called to get the issue resolved management was unable to refund food and offered another meal and stated i would receive a call back to further on help but never did. If i could leave 0 starts i would !!

They called our number saying our food was ready. Only to have to wait for our kids meal to be made again. They couldnt find where it went. Once we got our kids meal we had to wait for someone else to ask for the water they forgot as well. Once we got on thw car we noticed they also forgot all our sauces and had to go back and ask for them only for them to throw it in the counter and had to carry them out the best we could. No bag or anything to help carry thw amount of sauces.

Well how shall I start? I havenât been to McDonalds in 15 years or more. Today gave me a reason to stay away for another 15 years. For starters the ice cream machine was not operational as usual. Why did I even ask for a McFlurry? Their machines have been out longer than the Simpsons been on TV. Next I wanted to try the strawberries and cream pie. Well they were out so they gave me a dry, stuck to the box, half filled apple pie. Nope, it didnât even taste like apple. It wasnât even the same color as I remembered. It wasnât the dark golden gooey color with apple filling oozing through the slits. No! It was an unflattering, unflavored yellowish dried fruit paste trying to pose as apple. Who would have thought, an apple pie that didnât taste like apple.
Well to the main event. My wife ordered a number 6. If you are a McDonalds customer you would know the number 6 in the Fillet fish meal. I can I put this in the simplest form. When she opened the unnecessary box the sandwich looked like my 4 year old niece made it with her play kitten set using play dough. It was so small I had to laugh. I am not being funny but it was smaller than a Chick Fil A breakfast chicken biscuit. I thought they gave her a kids meal. It was dry like it was baking under the heat lamp since Sunday. It was flavorless and unappealing. They might as well used fake meat made with a 3d printer. The fries tasted reheated and were saltier than a Chiefs fan after the Superbowl. I know thereâs nothing special about fast food, but can you at least be edible seeing how it has âfoodâ in the name. Answer me this. Why is it the prices have gone up and the taste, size, and value have plummeted? It was a reason I stopped consuming and visiting McDonalds. This was added to the list. The best thing about the experience was the employee who took my order, and she was not even overly friendly, but she was the best part in my visit. I couldnât leave this review without mentioning the HI C orange. I guess my palette has changed because it tasted like orange dish soap. I know fountain drinks are different from packaged store bought, but this was not the HI C I remember that we used to make slushes with. F for the food B+ for the customer service. Why do people still eat here is beyond me.

Worst service I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. It doesn't matter what you order in the drive thru, they will pull you up. I hardly go here but anytime I do they tell me to pull forward and it can be busy or not busy and you still have to wait. Most time I only order 1-2 meals. If you demand a refund all of a sudden the order is miraculously ready. Has me wondering if they are tampering with people's food.
