In drive thru the associate did not speak nor did the associate who just handed my food to me. I know they are busy and trying to get their line down but McDonald's was my first job which supported me thru school and customer service was our main focus. You should smile and say hello to your customers.

I live less than half a mile from this McDonald’s and have been visiting this location for about five years. Over time, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with my orders, especially when using the mobile app.
On multiple occasions: • My order is not ready when I arrive, even though the app says it is. • Sometimes the order doesn’t show up in their system at all. • Staff will take my receipt to verify, but I still end up receiving the wrong items. • Often, the fries or other food items are cold by the time I get them.
It’s disappointing because I come here consistently and want to support this location. Unfortunately, almost every visit comes with some kind of issue—either with accuracy, service, or food quality.
I hope management can address these concerns, especially for loyal customers who come here frequently.

Decent location. Service is hit or miss. I just ordered a big breakfast with bacon instead of sausage. They gave me one piece of bacon and told me that was what it comes with. The manager said the same. I've been getting 2 pieces of bacon with this for decades. The Mcdonald's website confirms this. Might seem petty, but I don't like feeling cheated even over the smallest things. I'll go back to ordering breakfast at a different location.

When ordering food spend about $20 my burgers were cold and service just was terrible they left out things l order I don't know why it was but but management just wasn't there to I see you and few customers were unhappy with their order too 😐

I waited 20 minutes in curbside for my food. It came out cold, and the burger meat was really dry. Didn’t get any dipping sauces for nuggets or napkins either.

I came this morning to get some breakfast and the dining room is closed at 6:12 in the morning I went next door to Shipleys very disappointed

It says dining closes at 10pm. My friends and I came at exactly 9pm and they had already closed the dining and refused to serve us even though they were supposed to be open for another 1 hour. There were another group of people eating inside that came and told us that the workers had told them not to let anyone else inside because they stopped serving. Unacceptable
Took 30 minutes to get a meal. Even at a peak time this is unexpectable for a fast food.

If you ever think of going here just don't. Save yourself the time to go to another one. This establishment has communication problems, it's dirty and they don't have manners at all. On top of them not training their employees.. they punish you for their own mistakes on not communicating with each other. Also not to mention that NO ONE wants to work the cashier position at all. Either they can't do basic math or don't care at all.
