Every time I go to this store there’s always something wrong. At first I didn’t really mind it but now it’s getting out of hand and the lady handing the food on drive thru has an attitude. I always show up being friendly but my food lately has been either missing items or it’s made wrong. Always happens in the morning. That Hispanic lady needs to fix her attitude.

Have a talk with the officer you have on duty. He seems to enjoy forcing students to wait outside despite showing mobile orders and the previous policy of maximum 5 students allowed at any given time, has been reduced to 1. He is so evidently having a power trip against the only people he can. His tone and demeanor do not belong in any establishment in the service industry, especially towards students.

You get what you pay for and friendly staff. The manager work the 1st drive thru window always very pleasant as well as the staff! The cutest happy meal toys for collectibles.

I went to this McDonald’s today and I ordered a sausage biscuit and they gave me a hash brown. Now they won’t answer the phone to see if I can exchange it. Worst service ever.
