After many years of going to McDonalds on Maim St and 45 North. I have had a few issues with the Mc Donald’s app. I know it’s not the teams at Main st fault that the app has glitches. I started coming here to Washington Blvd. Had my first app glitch, difference here was that the manager offered a solution. The one at Main pretty much says Oh well something is wrong with the app. Not my problem. (She doesn’t literally say it) but gives me that vibe.
Is there a sauce shortage or something here? The food is good but i constantly get shorted on sauce. Latest incident was 2 sauces for 20 nuggets. What’s going on???

I tend to visit this location often because I work the overnight shift, and it’s the only thing left open. I always have the same problem with the cashier; he’s a Caucasian or Mexican guy who looks a bit chubby and always wears a McDonald’s cap. However, he always has an attitude and messes my order up on purpose. He literally sits at the window and gets mad at the cooks. Like, dude, go help them! He just stands there on his phone with a mug screaming at them. I changed jobs and recently came back, and it’s the same thing with this guy. It’s been at least five years. It’s so pathetic—like, dude, just pick a new job! He also tells customers only cash so he can make the food, and pocket the cash you guys really need to investigate this situation!!!!

Avoid this McDonald's at 3:00AM - 5:00AM. They mysteriously only accept cash at this location at this time and this has happened multiple times already. The line is always long thanks to the young alcoholics who infest Washington Avenue bars looking to quell their intoxicated munchies and only when you reach the 'Order Here' speakerphone do they tell you that 'we only take cash, that's ok, right?'. I don't know what kind of Gus Fring money laundering they do here at this location, but McDonald's needs to get on the ball with this location and get their payment processor in line with payment acceptance 24/7 for a 24/7 location.
