I always come to this location, and I never have any problems with them when I use the mobile app. Service wise the staff gets confused. I went in and ordered two McChickens I asked for them to make it crispy because normally with the chickens if you order it, they don’t make it fresh. It’s usually something that sitting down that they re-fry and give it to you, but for some reason tonight the person in the drive-through did not understand what I was trying to say and charge me $2.49 extra for making it crispy. When I looked at the receipt they charged me for an extra chicken fillet which is not what I asked for. I tried to address the situation after receiving the receipt the lady completely ignored me and close the window in my face. I don’t want to give anyone a hard time and I don’t wanna have a hard time when I’m trying to take my hard earned money to go buy food. Just want the overnight crew to have a better knowledge of the system so they can provide the correct service.
