Manager needs to take a customer service training course! She has a bad attitude and does not know what it takes to be in a food industry services.

Received the wrong order, called for refund, told since I don't have receipt they can't help. I told them my order and manager wasn't trying to help nor offered to exchange the food for correct order. Poorly handled

Update: As I suspected, no refund has been issued for my order. The so-called manager, Judith (which could be a fake name), claimed that the refund would simply appear in my account. However, she refused to refund my money on the spot because she would not hand over my order. Now, I have to report this as fraud to my bank. All of this trouble is over a McDonald's order, which seems like Judith wanted to keep for herself or for her staff. It’s truly embarrassing.

I don’t know if people read reviews to McDonald’s, but I’m gonna put this here. Today I placed an order for curbside pick up, got to the restaurant less than five minutes later and the alleged manager Judith said that I took too long and that my order wouldn’t be given to me and then I should just expect my money to come back whenever it does. Mind you this location is in the middle of Rice village and even though I live across the street getting there in five minutes is a miracle because it typically takes up to 10 minutes to get to this location. I have never had an order refused to be handed over for any reason. What business sense does it make to refuse to give someone their food, throw it away, and then give the person a refund? If I’m the franchise owner I’m investigating the staff for stealing food because that makes no logical sense. Unless Judith just doesn’t like Black people that bad that you would just throw away food because they showed up in less than five minutes.

I just ate the worst McDonald's burger of my life. Maybe they were upset that I personalized the ingredients and they gave me a mcchicken with just the bread and chicken without sauces or lettuce and was cold on the side. A total abuse

I ordered a large coffee this morning and the lady that took my order (dine in) had an inability to understand what sweetener was. Very disturbing. After many attempts of trying to explain the that I did not want sugar packets she finally said " Oh you want Splenda" and after attempting to explain that Splenda is a BRAND of sweetener they still have no clue what the issue is. This is ridiculous. They don't speak enough English to understand the basics of their job and ruined the start of my day....and of course still don't get it.
So I’ve placed an order for curbside and when I placed my parking number and I’ve received and notification that I can not set staging number, so I go inside and explain what happened with the phone and showed that the transaction had gone through already. The female manager at McDonald had said since there wasn’t a staging number we cannot release the meal until you reorder the meal again and I won’t get charged for the first one. So I had said “Ok can I have that in writing so if I do get charged twice for the same order, I can explain what happened and the manager at the time had been a witness/ know of what happened.” She then said “no I’m not gonna put my name or anything that said a that, I promise if it does charge you come back in 3 days and we’ll get you a refund.” I again asked “can I get that in writing because if not it would look as if I’m just trying to get a free refund.” She continued to say “no I’m not doing that.” Then continues off like I’m not transparent so over all the food is good and staff is good but that specific manager wouldn’t help me with understanding the situation it puts me in.
Manager is Hispanic female, worked at the Kirby McDonald on November 22nd at 7:20pm if McDonald would like to know which store I am referring to about this complaint. Order number: 1978, Check in Number: WL45-3631385

I cannot believe that in two days the same problem as another store I visited. Bad service don't know how to prepare and take care of pick up orders. And if I gotta keep hearing your employees try to speak in Spanish thinking I can't understand is a mistake. I speak
multiple languages and understand what the glasses wearing racist was saying. It's disgusting that you have employees trying to tell me what I did or may have done, as the reason why you never have my orders ready. Especially when it is looked at by the employee and shown that everything is correct except your employees actually doing their job. Like are you serious. I honestly had to control myself from hitting the guy. He was that much of a jerk. So after two consecutive days, the app not allowing your complaints to be sent. Yes I have screen shots, and it will show anytime you try to send them a complaint and try to contact them all of a sudden there is an error. I am completely done and will never give McDonald's a dime of my money. This is why people are more and more finding better options. Horrible business

Above average McDonalds location. Reasonably clean. Orders come out quickly. Obviously order through the mobile app ahead for fastest experience.
Parking: good sized lot even if it’s busy.
Kid-friendliness: kids love the timeless happy meals. there hasn’t been a place for years though.
