While I was in the restaurant trying to order on the kiosk they closed the McDonald’s restaurant inside because they were busy with drive through orders and they didn’t want to attend to anyone in the restaurant. Even though I had the option to go online and order from curb side pick up or drive through it was inappropriate for them to kick everybody out and lock the door.

This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing, especially during the morning shift from 5am to 8am. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese, only to be questioned about not wanting meat and then receive a biscuit with sausage instead. This error has happened more than once, and it’s unacceptable. The first time, I let it slide, but the second time left me extremely upset. I had to leave for work without breakfast because they couldn’t fulfill my simple order. The manager was unresponsive, and the language barrier only exacerbated the situation, as if it were an excuse for their incompetence. I’m forced to pay for something I didn’t order and leave hungry, without the time to double-check my order. This McDonald’s shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and it’s frustrating to have to deal with this every time I try to get a quick breakfast before work.

Worst ever was running late and had made a preorder for drive thru pick up. Line for drive thru went out into Kirby. Went inside to see if I could just grab my food that was already paid for. They made me go to the drive thru to wait. Terrible service.

Went inside to order food to go. There was a live roach in the bag they handed me. I went back inside to let the manager know and was ignored by the manager. The employee that was taking my order kept asking her to come speak with me had reminded the manager a few times that I was waiting to speak with her, but she just kept filling others orders. I didn’t want a refund, I really just wanted them to fix the issue, so others don’t have the same experience. Maybe it will be harder for them to ignore a Google review.

I never complain unless necessary, I placed my order online and gave him my order code, he never asked me my name or what I ordered, I went to the window and he told me a different name and I told him that is not my order, I ordered some nuggets and he said I don't have your order, I said how are you going to know what my order is if you never asked me what my name or my order was, I had to go to the other window and told the manager who gave me the order, she was very friendly, I expressed my dissatisfaction and that it was not good customer service he gave, I believe that if you don't like customer service you don't work in it but just because you had a bad day you don't have to ruin someone else's day, I hope they fire him because nobody deserves bad service, much less unjustified, I mean it has never happened to me, I have always had good service from the other employees at this location.
