They probably didn’t understand me through the microphone. They gave me extra liquid sugar and extra cream on my ice coffee. I had asked for one only 4 pumps of caramel instead of 6. I am diabetic, therefore I could not drink it. Only took a few sipes

Worst Mcdonalds Ever!
Waited 35 minutes for a meal through Drive through.
Asked for money back and they were very rude. Very unorganized.
Do the drive and get something else you will thank me for it!
Kept saying 5 mins.

Employees I encountered are very rude this place has a late pick up window but it is never open and that is inconvenient to the customer I’m never coming back here and I will be calling corporate my time stamp I was here 11/3/25 at 10:45 at the late pick up window and was greeted with an attitude

I recently posted a negative review of this restaurant and was responded to to contact customer service which I did and they assured me the location would be in touch. Well a few weeks later still no response. I've emailed customer service back and got no response. I recently waited over 20 minutes to get my meal even though many others were coming and going. They let homeless people just hang around and beg. My food was not to my satisfaction. I have not since returned to this location and have no plans to. Horrible management and employees. It's also not too clean. They made my food in a sloppy fashion and it tasted burnt. Do better and hire better people

They lied and said they didn’t have my mobile order, so I placed another thinking it had just not gone through. I then checked my app after getting the second one, and I had been charged for both. The woman working the counter is a dismissive liar.

Please don’t come here, they’ll steal your money here. I’ve had this happen to me twice w the same lady Mary Ann. She’ll say she can’t process your order, and then contradicts herself by saying that she’ll cancel your order on her end to issue a refund. How’s that possible if you’re claiming my order is not on your screen but yet you’re going to cancel it? Tonight I was down to my last dollar trying to feed my autistic son. I ordered a happy meal for him, and a mango smoothie for my daughter. My husband placed an order on his app for a fountain drink. Funny how only his order popped up only, but not what I ordered on my app. The nice older man was trying to give my husband his drink and she snatched it out of the mans hand and said we couldn’t have it. That it’s not paid for. Like maam what?!! The kind lady at the first window handed us the receipt for the drink! How are you not going to give us the drink that shows has been paid for in black and white?!! This lady has issues, but today was messed up, stole from me again even though knowing that the happy meal was for my autistic child, bought w my last dollars. She saw my phone, she saw the receipt, she saw the time stamp and refused. At this point I feel like she just doesn’t like me, like it’s personal but I don’t know this lady from Adam and Eve. I don’t even live on this side of town, McDonald’s needs to change up management. She was very childish the way she snatched the drink out of that man’s hand refusing to give it to us. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning, stealing from your paying customers. Again, stole from me for the second time.

The absolute WORSE customer service experience. Holding for almost an hour in this incredibly slow line, doing deliveries. Only to finally get up to the line and have the VERY rude and obnoxious employee aggressively tell me no uber orders are coming in and to hurry up and get out of his line.

This place is horrible after six P.M. you can guarantee 100% of the time. Your order won’t be right. It doesn’t matter if you walk up to the counter in place your order.

The cashier was so racist she was yelling at the other delivery guy for absolutely no real reason, just because he was from another race!

Then she made me wait even though my order was ready, and when she finally decided to bring it she gave it to another worker and said “ give it to that bearded guy over there “ and went back to do absolutely nothing.
