Poor service, no friendly customer service from the manager nor employees. I had to wait an hour just for them to say they can’t give us any food because we didn’t have a code , that was not given to me. I’m showing them my virtual order and because “they couldn’t see it” , I couldn’t get my food that I clearly wasted money on. The day before I went there was a wait , got my food wasn’t even fresh ! The employees did not take their role seriously , just handing out food bags to anyone at the counter. Poor service and management, I was patient and kind despite the rude service that was given. GOD BLESS the establishment you surely need HIM .

The worst, they have an after hours window for online pickup but they don’t want to just walk few steps, and we have to stay for a looooong time in the drive thru not knowing how long will it take. What is the point of having the window? And no ring we have to knock on the window!

The girl Autumn that was in the drive thru tonight with green hair was rude af!! I work in customer service and been in customer service over 15 years. It was like she was rushing me out of drive thru before I could even ask for what I needed. All she kept saying was “pull to curbside 1” even tho someone was already there. The person on the speaker and the guy at the 1st window were nice and friendly but once I got to her window she was very rude. I normally never have any problems with customer service when I come here but she was that rude I had to do a review. For future reference Autumn if u are having a bad day or tired or whatever the case may be, keep your attitude outside of the establishment or work in the back until u have a better attitude.

After ordering on the kiosk I ask the girl who delivered my food to the table if she could get me a receipt. She said “when you order on the kiosk you don’t get a receipt”. I explained to her that every McDonalds that I have gone to can print a receipt. She asked for the manager only to come back and say “the manager was busy”. My sandwhich was good but my fries were cold and and when I asked for fresh ones it became an argument as to when they were brought to me. Complete incompetence and disrespect for the consumer. Would not recommend this McDonalds

The outside atmosphere from car to door can be stressful. Sporadic low income areas and the public transit center brings a desperate crowd on most days, but it's kept to a minimum with extra security messages and outside monitoring which adds to the company owned security methods. Some night they could use an actual security guard to be present.
