The seating area is always disgusting here. It's hard to find a clean seat and I always end up cleaning up the mess of someone who sat before. I tried to order a McFlurry but they told me that they were out of ice cream. Ugh! I usually get a Big Mac, and it is what it is. Don't expect a lot out of mcDonalds. Compared to other McDonald's locations, I've seen better. The workers here are still very attentive and friendly, so props to them for that.

McDonalds never fails to provide a decent impression for an afternoon snack. The service is fairly mediocre; sometimes they get the right order and sometimes they miss by a small margin. However, my trip to McDonalds this time was quite a pleasant experience. I ordered some fries, 6 piece chicken nuggets and a chocolate sundae. The servers accommodate your peanut allergy requests, so you can opt out of peanuts on your chocolate sundae. The fries are pretty crispy; they have the right amount of salt and pairs great with ketchup or BBQ sauce. As for the nuggets, you have to pair it with their sweet and sour sauce. You're doing injustice to your nuggets by pairing it with anything else. Overall, it's a pretty quick and efficient experience, and I'll be back for another visit soon.

Manager here was incredibly kind, gracious, and charitable. You don’t find that at every McDonald’s. Would highly recommend! Very nice amenities, kept clean, and great proximity to the city.

I mean it's Mc Donalds so don't expect anything much from it. Their customer service is great, I know in some other places they give you attitude and everything. But their food is a bit :/ I ordered 4 chicken strips but they only give me two. Not to mention they were burned and hard. I asked for SOME ketchup and ranch and they gave me two. Their McCafe this morning was so watered down, too. Hopefully, it's just a one-time thing but Ik I'm not gonna come back to this location again.

the service here is okay but it could be better in my opinion. sometimes it takes a while to get my order and there have been times where they forget some things in my order. ive never had an issue with their workers, but it'd be appreciated if they made sure their orders were better prepared and correct. also, i think it'd be better if they maintained the cleanliness in here because it could do some improvement.

Dont like some of the staff at this mcdonalds, they're very "hood-like" and they treat you as such. The guy in particular, he gets on my nerves with his attitude, disdain and lack of customer service skills. Shows zero respect to the customers that come in that make it possible for him to have a job. Speaking of customers coming in, if you're open for business, your bathrooms should be open too! Cannot use the covid excuse, because other fast food places have their restrooms available! How convenient that they're willing to be open and make money, but zero interest in providing a damn toilet!

I was at this McDonald's at 10:15am on Wednesday, July 1, I there were no cars in line..I was in the outside lane, patiently waiting and no one took my order. I begin to partisan them by saying hello..still no avail..At this point I begin to think that the business was closed and I decided to drive off, only to see that their was a lady in the 1st window with her back against it talking to someone else. Again, I patiently waited..once she finished talking, I asked to order a senior coffee. She responded by telling me that I had to go back in line.. I respect policies and procedures because the world ir any business in wouldn't make in this life, but I don't understand bad or disrespectful customer service. Now it not what she said but uts how she said..oh and did I say she proceeded to turn her back to me again..This would not EVER have happened in GALVESTON COUNTY!!!! FRIENDLESSNESS AND COURTEOUS IS A PART OF THE DAILY MENU!!

Nice customer service at the first window. However, forgot to check my fries. Got a half full box. Probably did not need them anyway, but I paid for them. There lattes were a little more watered down too.

I stop daily to get a drink to cool off. Today I decided to get a frap. My drinks are always icey cold and super refreshing. The wait is never too long.

Don't come here unless you want to be harassed by homeless people. I know it's Downtown, so there's only so much they can do about people posting up at the door, but even inside you can't get in and out without being hit up for money by at least 3 people. Meanwhile the employees just watch and don't say anything. I won't feel comfortable going back there until they do something about the beggars loitering inside pressuring people for money.
