The cashier was handed a 10 dollar bill in the drive through. Instead of using a pen or a glow light. He holds the dollar bill up to the window in the light. How stupid can he be ? I asked him why are you checking a ten dollar bill to see if it is counterfeit. I asked him is this is how you were taught. I told him that to conterfeit a 10 dollar bill is waste of time paper and ink since my bill was close to 5 dollars. I asked to speak to his manager. Of course she could barely speak english. That was when I found out the location is a Franchisee. Not a corporate location. I was pissed. All the time spent and wasted in line. This place is trash. I then called the corporate office to make a formal complaint. The are low class and prejudice. No receipt after I pay and shorting me my change on multiple occassions. How much more info do you need. I spoke the manager on the sign on the drive through. I received an apology when I threatened to contact the local media. I will report this location to corporate. This request is cover up.

I placed a mobile order for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and this location managed to turn the simplest task into a complete disaster. When I arrived, my order was completely ignored and skipped. I stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for something that takes 6 minutes to make.
This place is a mess completely disorganized, slow, and clearly not paying attention to mobile orders at all. It honestly felt like nobody cared.
If you want a McDonald’s that actually knows how to function, go to the one on S Post Oak. They’re busy, but somehow still faster, more reliable, and way more professional than this embarrassment of a location.
I’m never wasting my time here again.

This is to corporate office I had to call the police to come out to this location due to a homeless man I'm not yet getting out of my vehicle I see that he throwing food at the employees an come straight to my car spitting an this is not a safe place to enjoy a meal who knows what could happen to an other customer or a family coming with ther children . Corporate needs to listen to the employees it not fair to them they have to deal with this there's should not be nothing more important that you can't keep your staff and customers safety this location needs to have security!!!! Something has to be done is see other reviews an complaints owners more worried about a boiled egg or dive thru order take care of your staff .
