Had the worst experience today an I still can't believe you have employees in management who think it's okay to tell a customer off in a different language (Spanish) just because they think i don't speak it .....well I was that customer that is Hispanic an speaks fluent Spanish an understood correctly I had placed my order on the app but the app wasn't working when I got there I told both ladies at the window manager an DT women that I have an order the app isn't working I showed my bank statement that shows my money was taken out an I was on the screen that indicated me to click I am here an as I clicked it it was just loading causing me to not be able to check in maneger that was at the second window from 12:20pm to 12:27pm told me to move forward due to customers that have been waiting for a while when i had placed my order at 11:47am an got there at 12:07pm an waited 20 min going back an fourth with me saying the order didn't go threw an after showing proof an hereing her tell the other employees (ya dile ke se mueva de la ventana ya a estado ahi mucho tiempo dile ke se mueva ala chingada) an (asme 2pinches McChickens 2 papas pequenias y un 10 piece ) I herd every single thing she said an understood it correctly an I will be taking her to court for discrimination because 1 im not indian as she thought i still recived my food an thank u for that but i will be contacting corporate as well that was uncalled for an not the way u should treat a customer extremely disappointed and won't be coming to this location order code was ZF25

Always get great service here,either whenever I order for myself or picking up a order for someone else! My go to is the sausage egg&cheese mcmuffin and it never dissapoints! Friendly staff and fast! Only con is it tends to get crazy when lunch time hits and the drive through is wrapped around the corner and things can get tight.

*DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION* This McDonald's scammed me and stole my money. The meal I ordered and paid for on the app was supposed to come with the collector cup. It's the only reason I ordered that meal in the first place. This location still accepted my order knowing they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order. When I told them I didn't want the meal anymore and wanted my money back instead they said they couldn't refund my money since I ordered on the app nor would they give me my physical receipt when I asked for it they gave me some random receipt that wasn't even my order. Now I understand why people turn into Karen's it's not even about the cup it's about the principle y'all are a billion dollar corporation and stealing from your working class customers that keep y'all in business. Absolutely shameful.

They could improve on broadening their sales by offering vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. And real juices, but that’s McDonald’s hardcore liners on the top curbing their franchisers. All in all, clean and friendly.
