They are never available to help you. I hate the way these new McDonald’s are doing away with customer service. The mfrs just look at you & don’t even speak. You’ll be standing there waiting for 20 minutes before someone finally sees what u need smh

Service was terrible, the night shift manager on Thursday is a disgrace and would not help anyone. Older gentleman came in and didn’t know how to work the kiosk and she told him to “figure it out” never eat inside at this McDonald’s especially at night and especially on thursdays.
Sincerely a customer you have lost unless you pay for my meal for this terrible service.

A little disappointing when you order something specific and don’t get that. I ordered a large fry and got medium. But other than that everything else seemed to be okay. I just wish people. would pay attention more

This is my *absolute favorite* McDonalds location because the food is always super fresh and the orders are consistently accurate. It’s just obvious that this is a well managed restaurant. I want to note that I live closest to the location at 2727 Bay Area, but the food quality in terms of hot/fresh doesn’t even compare to this location.

If i could score Norma the manger a 0 thats what i would give her she need to go back to training because her customer service is horrible and her body language make sure you know she have a attitude when i ask for her name instead of saying Norma she took her name badge and raised it and norma again very rude Training should be updated every 6 weeks because Norma is not representing your company as she should

It's McD... expectations aren't very high. I don't personally eat it, but stopped in drive through for a breakfast snack. It seemed hot and fresh.

This place is ridiculous. At 10:55pm the recording on drive through speaker asked me if I placed and order with a the mobile app, which I did - and I told them the code. Pulled up to the window and they turned off all the lights and blatantly ignored me while I was trying to get their attention about the order I gave my code for. They just continued cleaning and acted like I wasn’t there. This is insane. The staff members clearly need to be prepared to follow through with orders placed before 11pm, you can’t just turn off the lights and ingnore not only me, but 5 others cars that had mobile orders. What terrible customer service.

Welp we were starving and it was late night. 🙃 It is all a blur on why I went against what I know, but the food taste was like cardboard and chemicals. I ended up trashing my food. I clearly remember why I do not like the gold arch nemesis. 😒 It is terrible quality. Not really much more to say. Nothing wrong with anyone or anything else.
