On Dec 10 , around 7:45, I pulled up at window to pay for my order, I only had a $100 bill to pay and they said they didn't have change for it to pay for my food. They simply said no. They said sorry, but simply said no and send me on my way. This is so messed up!!!!! THEY COULD CERTAINLY HAVE DONE SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! IF THEY HAD MORE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!

Two hours of waiting for my order to be delivered! Went through 3 drivers and then eventually cancelled it because how long does it take to make 2 cheeseburgers and some fries? 2 hours? Will never give these people my business again. I could have just driven to another McDonald's 1 and a half hours away to eat! And it was before 10:30pm when ordered. Ridiculous!

Estaban is a legend!! He is a manager in the making. It’s an efficiently run place. Always an experience.

I just got home from picking up an online order at this location.. the manager was so rude. I overheard the car in front of me complaining about his order, so when I got mine I parked and checked it. I noticed I was missing a nugget meal including the drink. I went back in line and the 1st woman was very nice, the man at the 2nd window was also very nice and they tried to help me. One gave me my nuggets and the other gave me my drink but the manager came up and said she gave me all my items. I showed her I was missing my drink and my fries and she said she remembered me and knew she gave me all my stuff. I opened my bag and took out the food to show her and she told me she wasn’t giving me anything else and walked away. The man apologized and gave me a small fry but she refused to let him get me my medium that I paid for. Horrible customer service. I come to this location a lot and have never had any issue like this here.

The worst service I have received in years in a McDonald's store, the night manager is the most racist person I have ever met, despite speaking Spanish, he does not speak with respect and makes fun of the local people, I couldn't see his name but he is the manager because of the uniform, an older man with black and white hair, mustaches and Hispanic appearance, I only go to that store because it is the only one 24/7, really what a detestable person, look for another place to eat if anyone reads my comment 🫶🏼
