I'm getting sick and tired of you saying you're 24 hours but it's convenient that you know I'll order food and then you get there and your doors are locked because you lock you close and only do Drive-Ins and and pick up orders for 2 hours out of the night or some s*** like that well what happens when you know you don't have a vehicle so you're getting there without a vehicle you need to go in the store this is the third freaking time this has happened so don't say you're 24 hours when you're obviously not

I ordered breakfast through the app at 10:20 kind of around 1022 and I was on my way to go pick up the breakfast and they canceled my order midway through me getting there and then would not honor the order or even try to discuss a different order Because it doesn’t matter that I ordered before 10:30 on the app since it was on the app and not in person and since I would have arrived after 10:30 to pick up the breakfast, they canceled my order so just make sure even if you order your breakfast before 10:30 on the app you’re there or will be there to pick it up by 10:30 because they will cancel your order any and all breakfast orders even if made before 10:30 if you’re not there in person ordering

There was a poor old man who was having a hard time understanding the merchandise he bought and the workers who were “helping” him were being so rude and inconsiderate as if he was a nuisance. Everytime I come here I have an unpleasant experience or end up with the wrong order. Honestly might as well spend the 5 minutes driving to the one down the road to be treated with decency.
Slowest McDonalds I've ever been at. A coke and a menu-standard quarter pounder shouldn't take 15 minutes. And they always make a mistake.

Rude people!!! I walked over with my dog and was going to order but they refused me at the drive thru because I wasn't in my car. We walked because it is so close to the Sonesta we are staying in. Being that they are so close to a extended stay, they would realize people may walk over to get a bite to eat.....just sad

Kudos to the excellent workers today. Their computers went down and they never missed a beat. Slowed service but they were extra friendly.

Late night manager rude to multiple guests in lobby. Three people canceled their orders and left after. He refused to acknowledge anyone in lobby.
