Very polite and friendly employees.The blue power aid is often out of stock here. It's the only drink without so much sugar. It's so sad that our world is changing.Less fast food places are offering healthy alternatives. Why because of profits. So sad.

I received poor service, the Drive up attendant spoke Spanish twice each time she addressed the speaker. So I drove up to the pay window and placed my order for senior coffee drove to the second window to receive my order. The lady asked me to go to the front and wait. After driving off I tasted my coffee it was no more than hot water and cream.

I think the service is going from bad to worse.I recommend to the manager to improve this. My coffee was without sugar. The same thing has happened twice, they put me in the waiting line, then they arrive with a wrong order or poorly served. My breakfast was not well prepared.

Service was not fast nor courtsey but may be different order wasn't ready had to pull up to lane 1 with lane 2-4 full however food was fresh and correct, nuggets seem a.litrlw different and small but the rest was good , the teenager who handle the car service may have been new or.just non chalant , the 2nd window clerk seem to argue with the 1st window clerk who place my order it was just a little chaotic and the servers dis not seem to care at all.

Went to eat inside with my family, I’m assuming it’s the manager, screaming at the employees and you can hear it all the way outside. I think it’s disrespectful and there are other customers inside trying to have dinner. No se llamen wey no son animales !!

They charged me for a donation to the ronald mcdonald charity WITHOUT my consent. What they are doing is not right. If i would have not looked at the receipt when i got home i would have never known that they charged me for that. Im sure im not the only one they have done this to either. Check your receipts. I will not be going to this location again.

If I didn't have to give a one-star rating I would have been more than happy to put this in the negative because this place is a joke we ordered online paid for our food online we're staying in the hotel across the street we walked over walked up to the window because the inside was closed which we were not notified in advance that there was no service for people that walked up to the drive-thru window we walk up to the window and we are told that we are getting our food because we walked up we weren't in a car and secondly they were going to give us our money back so I was just ripped off by your shift manager or supervisor whoever he is Lawrence is his name. Now we're at $15 we have no food we get back to the hotel and look at the app again and the app clearly states that the restaurant is supposed to reimburse you your money if they're not going to serve you your food so he lied to the customers and stole their money that is some shift supervisor
