Order online waited in libe for 1 hour then drove to the window and they said only 1 line was open and didn't bother to tell others. Went back in line they still didn't help at all.

Can I just say I hate this McDonald's. They always pull you to spot #1 or 2 because they're not on their job with all the staff they have. Every time, and I do mean every time I go here, something is messed up, missing or overcharged. I've gotten so used to it that I make sure I repeat my order and guess what, they still mess it up. So get ready for long waits and with walking shoes handy because you're going back inside. 🤣

What McDonald’s turns their phones off!! Trust if I could give zero stars I would man came to bring my food at curbside and started cursing at me for no reason cause he forgot to bring me my coke.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Do not order your meals here. The inept staff will not get it right. Find another location. They always forget something at this location and they don’t speak English well. The only people that speak decent English (except they speak too fast) are the ones that take the orders at the drive through. It’s not worth your time or money to order anything from here.

Small place for the adults but enough room for the kids....I don't see how morning people do it. Staying up half the night and knowing very well they need to get up for morning shift. God bless those McDonald's staff that do that, and im dealing with a mofo at 7:13 am? Good god, man.

Now again I know how people can be rude at night but I know I wasn’t because I have work at a McDonalds and I know how that feels but they stress themselves or the manager be on their ass but still give poor service, got a 5 dollar meal for my wife and just got me 6 piece with a small fry and a large drink the lady at the window gave me attitude just by asking her one question got more mad just because I told her the drink she was about to give me was not my drink like if you’re not happy with the job get another one you can like but people don’t help themselves on that sometimes I think they like the struggle gave me old food nothing was hot or fresh when we got home can’t just be a certain times that you can go there and it’ll be good service and good food has to be that like all the time that’s how fast food restaurants are supposed to be but I also know that’s also delusional but come on gave me a smashup, hot and spicy cold nuggets, cold fries, and they didn’t even make the coffee right how lazy can you be?

They did not put any tomatoes nor lettuce on my burger and the the employee forgot my chicken nuggets 10 PC and I had to remind about 2 times to get it
