I'm a returning customer and haven't had an issue like this before...I paid for several meals for my co workers, and while they provided all of my co-workers food including all of their fries, Mcdonalds forgot my meal's burger & fries, I return to tell them and they owned up to the burger, but denied forgetting to add the fries for one of the meals, then left me no choice but to pay for additional fries that I already paid for after I lost an hour of time driving back and fourth. That being said, I won't be eating here anymore, we spend around $150 a week here, but instead of McDonalds trying to keep a customer, they would rather keep a carton of fries that probably cost them 15 cents...

They forgot 1 of our items and said it was on the order which it was and the front cashier was out on the floor playing with her feet took her socks off and then went back to helping customer without washing her hands . We have been here 20 min since the accident she has yet to wash her hands and have gave 10 people orders

Ordered through the drive through. The people in front of us had to walk in two times to get everything they ordered. When it was our time to receive food we also had to go in two times to get everything we ordered. Worst experience I've had at a McDonald's.
Always on time with my mobile orders, drive thru is exceptionally fast, super friendly staff and food is always hot!
