Im not a McDonald's customer fir the same bad experiences I've always had. Order a combo to go because of the time and 15mints has passed and I approach the young lady and ask politely about my meal and still 3 more mints and nothing every one else getting there meals and still nothing on myside. I had to ask fir my money back and they didn't even had the money so I just walked away with 6 dollars and some change out of 10 dollar bill. Never again with McDonald's. Trash of business on my part.

I’m usually a fan of McDonald’s, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The staff whom working night shift seemed uninterested and unfriendly, and it took much longer than usual to get my order. When I asked about the delay, I was met with attitude instead of help. I hope management can work on improving customer service and training the team to treat guests with more respect and care.
