I dont think I've ever gotten my order right as long as I've lived here from this ONE specific location, it's ridiculous. The real kicker was last night i spent nearly $30 on doordash feom this location (only bc i had a 50% coupon) and more than HALF my order was not in the taped up bag. My dasher had no way of knowing i was missing FOUR burgers & a large fries... ON TOP of my dasher having to wait over half an hour for my order... i was refused a refund from door dash, i doubt mcdonalds will compensate me either. Go to the wallisville locations instead!! Never have an issue there.

We stopped in for a quick bite. I ordered two hot n spicy sandwiches. A ten piece nuggets meal and a happy meal for one of the kiddos. Employees are hard working, friendl, courteous and professional.

The workers don't care, the owner cares even less. The orders are NEVER right. The inside ALWAYS looks completely trashed. The soda fountain is filthy - and if the outside looks like that then you KNOW they don't clean the inside. FLIES are everywhere. I have no idea why the Health Department hasn't shut them down.

Terrible service from the staff. Bridgatte is incredibly rude and meticulous. They wouldn't give us our order, so we asked for help, and she started yelling and threatening us. She even dared to chase us away, claiming it was her restaurant. She only wanted to ask for our order, which was never delivered.

The restaurant is very dirty every where ,restrooms are nasty pee on the floors,toilet paper all over the restroom floor,counter by coke machine coke spill all over ,dirty tables , Management do better check your store make sure it looks good,smell good get employees to clean restaurant !

Hello, early this morning at 12:05 I'm trying to place my order and the lady was angry because I didn't know English well. I tried to communicate with her and she was very rude. Every time I go in the early morning when I leave work the same thing happens. And I have to go to another McDonald's 10 minutes away. The lady is racist.

I ordered inside and they gave my order to a lady on the drive thru she came in and was grabbing the food as she was complaining that it wasn't theirs. The lady in the counter just grabbed it and put it in a bag to give to me after it was all touched and contaminated by her. I requested a new one and she rolled her eyes and later came back with my order I'm not really sure if they still gave mt the contaminated food or not. Later I was drink8ng my coffee and it had some type of film in it. I threw away my coffee I spent money for nothing. This is the worst McDonald's I've even been to.
