I ordered thru doordash at dis location on 8/28/25 fr lunch n my fudge sundae was delicious, my basket of fries was full enough but not d freshest fries, my hot n spicy burgers had extra mayo n lettuce lk I requested b my sauces n silverware were all in d bag no napkins. My bbs happymeal was good .

This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I come here, the fries are cold, soggy, or cooked in grease that makes them look burnt instead of golden. I usually end up sending them back, which is ridiculous for a fast-food chain where fries are supposed to be the highlight.
The drive-thru lines are extremely long both during the day and at night, and by the time you finally get to the window, the food still comes out wrong or cold. On top of that, some staff members act annoyed when you ask for your food to be fixed — like it’s the customer’s fault they’re behind.
Most recently (7:20 PM today), I ordered through the mobile app and selected a Coke, only to be told at the window that they “no longer sell Coke.” The app still lists it as available, so why hasn’t that been updated? To their credit, the young lady at the window was polite about it, but it doesn’t change the fact that I wouldn’t have ordered a drink at all if Coke wasn’t an option.
This location seriously needs better management, fresher food, and consistency. Right now, it feels like a gamble every time you come here, and nine times out of ten, you lose.

This may be the worst McDonald's of all the locations I've been to. Since I moved over here, they have never gotten my order correct and I'm always having to come back because I'm always missing something from my order. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone.

The application offers 5$ deals, not offered for some ODD reason at this location. The employees during day AND night are extremely rude, and our orders are not ever ACCURATE 😑 New management needed ASAP! Never any smoothies either!

This pathetic location refused to provide me the food I payed for and ordered through the app because my “payment expired”?? It was an Apple Pay app payment, so I have no idea how they came up with that excuse. The place is understaffed, workers are rude and I can only image that their management is just as incompetent and unpleasant as the people they hire.

We came here after shopping and my mom only knew Spanish and asked to repeat the order and they kept ignoring her or breathing in disappointment, I'm upset they treated my my mother that way but the food was good.
