Rude manager. No explanation as to why they closed the store early, but she still allowed orders to be charged for. Doesn't matter what it was, handle your business right or have a better explanation than "we're closed" then shooing someone away. When it says you're still open and taking orders online...

Drive thru girl has an extremely bad attitude. Everyone here at this location seems to not give a damn. Rude when taking my order, rude when receiving my order. And look at the quality. It matches thier attitude. Drink not topped off, fries half full, and the burger is just flat out BS. Is this how management is running this location.

Worst experience, last time i had same bad experience with frappe I thought it was may be that person, so decided to give it another try but its the same.. again drink was not filled up, over cooked fries, no ketchup or anything given, messed up on sandwich. Plus they are rude
I wish i could give them Negative 5 stars. If you are reading this review to make decision trust me go somewhere else.. they are not worth trying either

The younger girl with the glasses behind the counter (I think she’s bilingual, idk her name) was SO polite to me and my kid. Literally she was so pleasant and our food and drinks were great too! The Playplace was awesome! We will definitely be back! ☺️

I live near Wallisville road & I visit McDonald's about 3 times a week (not to put my business out there but I love the fries & frozen coke drinks..) I visit 430 Uvalde road AND 8147 Katy Freeway (near my job).. I have had several bad experiences on 430 Uvalde road at the drive thru from rude disrespectful drive-thru staff from the way they speak to me & their response when you ask them a question BUT today @ 1:38pm was the last time for me.. I ordered the $5 promotion meal, the drive thru staff asked was I finished I said yes, 2 seconds later I said, hello ma'am (twice), SHE ANSWERED ABOUT 10 SECONDS LATER, WHAT!, I asked if I could upgrade to a medium instead of small, she replied, NO YOUR COMPLETE IS COMPLETE NOW DRIVE UP TO PAY, I REPLIED NO MA'AM NO THANK YOU I WILL GO WHERE I CAN ORDER WHAT I WANT & DROVE OFF!!
QUESTION: When did they stop offering suggestive selling, further more, when do employees tell you, NO you can't pay more!!! WELL, I'm done with 430 Uvalde road McDonald's... I have encountered too many rude staff to be giving my money to!! I guess GOOD FOOD COMES WITH GOOD SERVICE & I THANK THE OTHER MCDONALD'S LOCATIONS FOR HIRING RESPECTABLE STAFF..

SO I WON'T DISCREDIT ALL MCDONALD'S, JUST 430 UVALDE ROAD MCDONALD'S STAFF.... TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEE'S!!
