They should have someone to collect who knows how to do it, I just went and he charges me $8.25, I give him $20.25 and he gives me change for $11.00 I tell him I need it, he says no, he calls another one and takes a while to understand, I had to tell them that I no longer They gave the order to return my money, only then did they return the $1.00 that I was missing, the boy has no idea how to collect and the other girl is not very bad either.

Good evening, me and my wife was at this location on 3-13-2024 at 9:18pm store 2132 , we ordered 2 caramel sundaes they both came very watered down with no napkins and the kids were not on so the lady hand them to us in the car ? and they both was wasting in the car , we ask the young lady for some napkins and the young lady curse me out and close the window on me , this is very bad for business , if you don’t want to work or just serve certain race , you should be at work this is very sad , for Mc Donald’s to have this kind of behavior going on ! I know for sure we won’t be going there anymore !

My guy and I went through drive thru at 5:14 am. We had wanted a smoothie and frappe to go with our chicken mc griddle with added cheese. We're told we couldn't get those drinks right then because the machine was not ready. At 5:15 am we couldn't get breakfast beverages. To top that off they gave us the wrong sandwich. Gave us a biscuit. My guy does not like the biscuits so he didn't eat. We were heading to work so there was no turning around to fix it.Disappointed.

McDonald'sI recently had a less than satisfactory experience at McDonald's. The service was disappointingly slow, especially considering it was late at night. To add to the frustration, the restaurant unexpectedly be closing in the middle of the night, leaving me without meal 3 times I be waiting in line for hours just for employees tell me they can’t serve me when I was anticipating. I hope McDonald's can address these issues and improve their late-night service to provide a more reliable and efficient experience for customers.Do not come to this place at night to eat

Can't get any service. Nobody wants to come to the window at night. When you can no longer go inside . Don't know what's going on. Wish they'd let people know something. Whether they're open or not. People like me are trying to make a living doing independent contracting. wasting my time and gas. Even when one of the contractors have an order , they auto just let us pull up on the side. Instead of waiting in line with all the other customers. Have one of the employees bringing it out. Instead of all the delivery drivers in the same line. makes no sense. It would help us save a little bit of gas. Every little bit helps.Parking: I do food delivery.
