Thank God they Closed this ridiculous location of a "McDonalds". Nothing but homeless and criminals hanging outside here. Once saw a police officer get a gatorade bottle thrown at his face here.

It should be razed to the ground, and all employees should be banished. McDonald’s corporate office should use this location as a case study of what NOT TO DO.

I stopped there 10/29/22 on my way to work I brought a hashbrown and a hot chocolate. Once I got to work i took the lid off to warm it and it was full of roaches. I'm literally sick on my stomach.

The cashier was EXTREMELY rude. I understand they are short staffed but it’s still not an excuse to have an ugly attitude. He kept slamming the window and didn’t smile or anything he just mean mugged us. This is the worst mcdonalds location i have been to honestly

I GIVE IT 000000000 stars the app jus wanted me to choose 1star to post.Customer service is not a priority at this location. And as a former employee I’m embarrassed for the McDonald’s franchise all together. I stood at the window for 30 mins knocking. The lady with the tattoos up and down her arms just kept looking at me shaking her head. 10 mins before they closed she decided to walk to the window and tell me they can’t cook anymore food as she slams the window in my face. I called the number on the window which happed to be a manger and she tells me there is nothing she can do. They can’t make anymore sweet tea and they only have 2 chicken sandwiches left and may I add the drive thru was full so how could that be all you have to sell. She didn’t offer to accommodate me in any way even after I was ignored for 30 mins. She just kept stating how she is the manager and they have no more food. A cookie would have shut me up. I was just trying to get something quick before my 2 hour bus ride, since I just got off a 12 hr shift. I will be contacting corporate. Outside smelled like straight pee. There was a lil girl sitting inside the building but real customers can’t come in. I thought McDonald’s took pride in being there for their customers but I see how wrong I am. Very dissatisfied, disappointed and yet still hungry.

The Worst, so there’s no door, they have a walk up and order system, the neighbor looks filthy, the food was microwaved because my bread is hard like it’s been sitting there im for hours, I’ll never go back. Absolutely Terrible. They deserve no Stars.

-Food took forever. -Half my order was not there when I got home(guess I should have looked, just not used to having to do that with McDonald’s.) -homeless hang out. Constant badgering while waiting for my food. Go to literally any other McDonald’s.

Zero stars or negative if I could.The order taker/manager (skinny black guy with stupid long hair) was rude as hell. Didn’t listen properly and blamed us for not saying it right. Waited for 15 minutes for an order of fries and frappe which never arrived. Went to inquire and he closed the door on my face.
They forgot what I ordered in the drive thru and I had to wait over 10 minutes for my meal. A lot of homeless people walking thru the drive thru asking for money. Constantly looking over my shoulder in the rearview to make sure no one else approached my car other than a McDonald's employee.

By far the most unprofessional location I’ve ever been in and I’ve been around 10 different states. This is by far the worst. The drive thru was silent so I had to say hello twice after waiting for a while and the employee told me “ yo yo stop talking or you can leave, I just got here” so they did hear me they just didn’t want to say anything at all. Besides that the homeless people hover around it all day long. They also charge 25 cents for each piece of ranch unless you order nuggets. I’m sure management already know and they don’t care since the area around that spot isn’t safe to be around in the first place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME ITS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

If I could give zero stars I would. No ice cream machine working, no tea sweet nor unsweet, took them more than 5 minutes on the speaker to say hello and start taking my order. I wanted a tea and the person taking the order was incredibly incompetent not able to understand i said 1 large sweet tea and 1 dr pepper. All i was able to order was 2 drinks. They made me pull up. I have worked in fast food why would you park a car for 2 drinks??? How does that make sense. they had me parked waiting for over 15 minutes nobody brought out my drinks, and I had to drive away. Embarrassing service, horrible customer care. Worst experience ever

Even if it's the closest one to you do not waste your time. Go to a different McDonald's. Each time I've been here for years on end and regardless of the time of day it takes several minutes to even have my order taken even if I'm one of only two or three cars in their entire drive-thru line and then it takes forever to actually get your food. Not sure how they haven't fired everyone at this location, changed management, or shut down the restaurant altogether.

They were about to close and the gentleman at the window was super nice to us! Very talkative and awesome! Wasn’t upset because we were there before closing, unfortunately we weren’t from the area and randomly popped in should’ve checked google but overall not a bad time.
