Out of the 20 times you visit this McDonalds out of the year their ice cream machine is always down. Also they don’t like attending the cashier they have at least 2 employees preparing 1 coffee together. Waited at least 15 minutes while they helped no one.

The guy taking the money dropped my debit card in the donation box and guess what no one has a key. Supposidly cimwone who actually does to get me my card back. He should be FIRED. He said i’m sorry there is nothing i can do while a big huge grin on his face. I’m furious

Went inside to get my son a happy meal. Ryan the guy who was at the register was playing Pokemon his phone while taking the order. I knew he would mess up a simple order such as a kid meal. It was supposed to be a plain hamburger with cheese. There was mustard and ketchup on it. Seen it too late and my son had an allergy breakout. Do better!
I ordered online to pick up at location and they gave me an incomplete order.

At this McDonald's the same thing always happens, they never deliver things correctly, you order one thing and they deliver another, or they don't deliver the complete order; something is always missing, this morning my children and I went to breakfast, my daughter asked for a mango smoothie and they brought her strawberry, I asked for a large breakfast, with bread cakes and they didn't bring me any cutlery or syrup, the bottom of My coffee glass was broken from the bottom. “I go because my children like it, because otherwise I wouldn't go”

The cashier is super rude, my girl asked her for some chips in her order and she didn't put them in when she went to complain, she got very angry and I threw them at her. As a mother, I got angry and they told me that we are being good people and we are Giving away the potatoes, I didn't ask them for free potatoes for my daughter, it was their fault that they didn't put her in, both she and the manager or shift supervisor are spoiled.

Half the order was missing, called kept getting hung up on then called back and it's just the busy tone. After asking for sauce twice and being told it's at the bottom of the bag came home to find not a single sauce or ketchup in the bag.
