Came in for breakfast with the kids. Started off ok but then the ice machine was empty. But they used the drive thru ice. Food tasted fine, but not having lettuce for the food is absolutely diabolical.

The food was cold, the buns on the burger were hard as if the buns were old. The restroom very dirty pee on the floor toilet paper on the floor , toilet not being flush , just terriblely nasty

So I typically don’t write reviews, especially for a McDonald’s because it’s usually alright with those sort of things, same methods, same food, same quality, usually not too bad. I’m a student so I usually have to grab something quick and convenient, this was my first meal of the day. I order from curbside on the mobile app, employee gives me my food, cool. Regular exchange, nothing weird.

I open my food up later on after I get home and finish cleaning to find a bug embedded in my ice, with my nuggets burnt to the point they were basically inedible. I had absolutely no contact with these employees, would never go out of my way to be rude to staff as I work blue collar job as well. At first I thought the bug might have been a mistake until I saw the nuggets and I really feel like this was on purpose. Messed up, do better guys.

I ask for two hot cakes and the lady though I said coffee ,and after I ordered hot cakes i had to go back around and order another hot cakes because they only gave me 1

I basically ordered at the kiosk, but in order to make certain changes to my sandwich, I had to finalize my order at the front counter. Changes like changing my biscuit to regular bread and adding breakfast sauce. At the kiosk, I selected a dine-in option, but when I modified my order, she didn't select it for dine-in, even though I reminded her because I know they forget to specify it for dine-in. They also let me know they didn't have cappuccino, and since I don't like any cold coffee, I had to opt for a regular hot coffee. In the end, I had to go back to the front to pick up my order because I noticed on my receipt that she hadn't specified it for dine-in. My sandwich wasn't even in a small bag; it was on top of my plate of scrambled eggs, which were cold. I don't think I'll go back to this McDonald's.
