This McDonald’s location needs significant improvement. There is a consistent issue with homeless individuals crowding the premises, which creates discomfort and raises concerns about customer safety during ordering. Additionally, my order has been incorrect on two separate occasions, which is frustrating. The ice cream machine has also been out of service for an entire week, and the display menu continues to show it as unavailable. This ongoing issue should be addressed, as it's not acceptable for a major chain to have such persistent service problems. Also, the screen to the second menu is broken as well so you can’t even see how much they’re charging you or what they put on your order before you reach the first window.

This is the location closest to my home and I give them chance after chance.There always messing up and I'm in the drive thru and they tend to skip me plenty of times and get other people's order.Never fails the service is ridiculous here and then come and my breakfast was burnt so I couldn't eat it
