I came by today for a quick snack lol, and I was greeted by Tiffany I believe. I had a wonderful experience, food was great. And she had excellent customer service. Keep up the great work.
So I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up. They told him they didn’t have the order at the counter go to drive thru. Went to drive thru they didn’t have it.( This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. ) The manager tells him that because he has screenshot of receipt she couldn’t help him . So I went to pick up order myself just for her to magically find the order. And say she threw it away because it was cold and no one came to pick it up just to give...
The food and iced coffee here are usually good. The employees are friendly for the most part. My only complaint is that it seems to take a while to get my order, even when it is just an iced coffee. They seem to be busy especially the drive thru. They seem to be understaffed at times. Otherwise it is a good and convenient McDonald's.
