12:30pm I try to avoid this location due to back in 2016 the staff being racist towards me as I was seeking to place a dine in order. I returned hoping things would change in 2024, big mistake! I don't know how the staff are on the inside now, but drive thru is terrible! They slopped my hot n spicy meal altogether and packaged my separate order all in the same bag. Im not eating this! Eat at you're own risk! 👎🏿

Very often the terminal fails to pay with cards, only cash and it is a problem. It's been the same for days and I didn't have cash. I had to go buy somewhere else that always accepts cards.

I ordered what I usually get a fish fillet sandwich with cheese & when I got I noticed that for $5, I got one half slice of cheese on it & the sandwich has been reduced to the size of a biscuit. Very disappointing. I went back and tried them again and I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal but when I tasted the burger it wasn't the quarter pounder I don't know what kind of meat it was but it definitely wasn't the quarter pounder that I've known for years. It was a very thin almost falling apart patty with no flavor what hell are you guys doing over there?? Stop messing with the grub!!! 😠 And people start checking yo order before you leave to make sure you get what you paid for and not whatever it was that I got which was uneatable.

I told them they got my order wrong that they forgot something and gave me something I didn’t ask for they pulled my receipt and apologized they said if I want my 20 piece I’d have to by it horrible service I went at 1 am so I don’t expect the best but they could have at least gave me what I asked for

They really need to put people in here who speak English. The girl continued to speak Spanish even after making it obvious that I don't speak Spanish. Ordered a quarter pounder and got something totally different with tomatoes which I hate in a ton of mayo. So much Mayo it was all over inside of the box even though I didn't order it that way. Ended up tossing all in trash. How do they expect to get the orders right if they put a person in the window who does not speak the language of the customer. Worst meal I ever received from a McDonald's. In all fairness they were trying to be kind and they all smile but couldn't get orders right because they don't speak English. Dumbest management move ever. $10 wasted
