OK let me tell you about my morning pulled up to the taco cabana next to this mcdonalds location guy at the order speaker was clueless and confusing me so I just politely said nevermind i jump right over to the KFC next to it lady at the drive thru speaker rude and then couldn't remember my order from 2 seconds ago as I was the only cR in line then had a hair in my food. I was already frustrated at this point i just wanted to enjoy some food before going into work ðŸ˜. I should have came to this mcdonalds first. This location always gets my order right and ALWAYS has the BEST customer service! It's 11am when I stopped in so manager of youre seeing this thank you for how you lead your team! Guy at the window said have a great day gave me thumbs up and the young lady at the food pick up said have a great day and if she smiled any harder I think her face would split in 2 lol. Please recognize them for their amazing service as someone who works in the customer service field it does mean so much to be given a thank you especially when not all customers are kind. I had 3 cars in front of me but I pulled up and right out no problems. I ordered the new mcchicken strips meal. Love this location no matter what time of day I come they get you in and out with accuracy! I'm sure they're not perfect but everytime I've been here no issues!

The workers are nice and never get my order wrong. However.. the manager I always seem to have an issue with. This lady charges an extra 40 cents for a sweet and sour sauce. Today is my last time going to that establishment. I gave my food back and asked for a refund and got extra money back on my refund due to her not being able to do simple math. I will be calling corporate on her as well.

Nah. The manager is straight up rude and not helpful. Tried asking for something simple and basically treated me like I was annoying them for asking and seeing if they could accommodate. Horrible atmosphere and unfriendly.

The last 2 times I’ve been for breakfast, my egg McMuffin was FILLED with eggshells to where I tasted it in every bite. It was so horrible I couldn’t eat the whole thing. Please teach your employees how to crack an egg properly.

I was just there I go there all the time and today one of the managers Ms Kimberly was very rude and and shoved my drink in my hand bc she had to remake it … not only was she rude today she was rude two days ago when I got a coffee… very very nasty attitude for a place I come to all the time. Won’t be back here bc now my orders will all be messed up 🙄
