came at about 11:30 to order one thing and was yelled at and treated like garbage. i’ve worked in the service industry for years and i understand having a bad day but yelling at someone who hasn’t done anything to be yelled at for is crazy. if you don’t want to work here then don’t? i don’t expect quality service from mcdonald’s but being damn near verbally abused is far too much

Hours are not correct…. Even the door states 11 PM but at 10 PM all doors locked. Update your hours!!!

I observed a lady who makes orders ready such as burgers, nuggets and other foods touching her cellphone with the gloves on and then she turn around and continue to make foods and didn't even washed her hands nor changed gloves. This is a violation of food safety. Management on duty was notified. Cadens need to react!

Waited 20 minutes in drive through. Food was cold, drink was incorrect and no dipping sauce. Plus the auto part of the order speaker was louder than the person who took my order. Get rid of the “are you using your mobile app”, no hell no! I have enough apps!

We had lunch there today and Nicole the manager was so very helpful. She helped us order from the machine in the lobby, helped us navigate the McDonald's app and did it all with a smile. She would be a great person to have as a trainer in your stores. She understands customer service and she was the manager.

I used the drive-thru to order 2 Happy Meals, 1 number 4c, and a hamburger. Everything was wrong with my order. The lady that took my order was talking to someone next to her like they were having a conversation. My kids Happy Meals had no toys. The number 4 c was a spicy chicken sandwich and I never ordered a spicy. The other hamburger the meat was ripped apart and looked disgusting. I noticed the order was wrong and went back they told me to pull over and the lady had an attitude she had me wait about 15-20 minutes. I took my food and went home then when my kids opened their Happy Meal box they saw there was no toy in it. I can’t go back again my kids are sad and crying because there was someone who was not paying attention. They had 3 more cars pulled over waiting for their orders. This store management is not good at all. The only reason we went to Macdonald is for the toy and they didn't get it. Bad to bad!!
