I just ordered through the drive-thru and they treated me horribly. The girl heard me speaking Spanish with my husband and immediately started yelling at us, saying we didn't speak Spanish there and that she couldn't serve us. She told us to leave, as she never listened to us and just treated us horribly. My husband took a breath and repeated the order. I hope you review your employees and put your prejudices aside because work is work. I want to clarify that I was a frequent customer until today.

Ok, this location used to be my favorite until today. Ordered my usual Filet O Fish meal with extra cheese ($1.19 extra) from the mobile app. When I got my order from the drive thru, they had taken one slice of cheese and split it into 2! I'd never had tht happen b4, so I went back around and the manager came to the window, apologized and replaced my sandwich. When I opened the new sandwich, THE ENTIRE BOTTOM BUN WAS MISSING! This time, I parked and went inside to return it. They made me ANOTHER sandwich and guess what, this time it was COLD !! After a brief back and forth with the manager, I was told to request a refund via the app. Went to the app and it told me to contact the restaurant for refund assistance. Went back inside and spent another 25 minutes with the manager b4 she finally agreed to give me a PARTIAL refund! The ONLY reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars and not 1 is because I usually like it here. Everything abt today's visit was unacceptable!

Unreasonable to have us waiting in drive thru line WHEN THE ORDER IS READY. Park vehicles to move them out the damn way, get a second lane something.

How can you mess up 3 happy meals, left out apples on one, gave wrong age appropriate toy on one, left milk out on two and no condiments or napkins or straws for the drinks. All that on one order. Can't call the location to complain. Tried to fill out complaint form online and after all the blanks are full it said there was a problem then erased everything. Unhappy kids and Gigi for sure.

Its honestly so upsetting when you use the app to place an order. You select your pick up location first thing in the app. Then you use your coupon. Only for the pick up location to magically change when you hit place order.
Now having to re place my order but unable to use my coupon.
Now having to wait for a refund.

Usually go thru drivethru where id give this mcdonalds 4 stars. Went into lobby today. Ordered a double, triple cheeseburger and snack wrap. And waited 36minutes for my food as the service just looked over me. They finally asked me what i ordered 20 minutes after id been there and my food still took over 10min to get out. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A MCDONALDS BAR NONE.

#2 Sausage, Egg, and chz w/hash brown and coffee. Once a week my order is missing something. This time it was egg on my sandwich. Done with McDonald's. Already home b4 I figured it out. If they ask if you want your receipt, say YES! Some employees are cool there, but some are flat out rude and confrontational. I'll just do Chikfil-a from now on.

Really bad worker who was getting frustrated at simple questions refused a man his food told him to cancel the order then started a huge commotion started to cry and tell her coworkers. A veteran then asked her for veterans drink ad she was getting mad and started to disrespect him. MEET THE GRAHAMS

Me and my husband were sitting infront of an elderly couple who seemed to know the two employees beside us. One of the employees apparently went back from break and the other who was a female was sitting alone for a few moments packing her stuff to leave when one of the managers who was a male came over and whispered something about someone named Maria wanting the girl to not be there??? They are a customer the moment they are not on the clock and what they asked her to do does not seem professional of all. Other than that the food was pretty good, the person who bought our food to us was good and fresh.

The service is far from what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant it is very slow, and the staff are quite inattentive. They seem indifferent to their customers, which is unfortunate and not at all the kind of experience one would hope for.
