Manager is not nice or professional at this location. Each table has enough chairs for a group of people to sit down at, but the manager told me to sit at another table because he is prejudice.

Dis place was very cln, neat, n organized š š š š š!!! Da crew was very friendly n happy!!! Da kid's place was also very cln which made it eazy 2 aLLow my gbby 2 play in it!!! I truly do recommend dis place!!!

I went ahead and ordered $30 worth of food came back in the drive-thru and told them that they forgot one of my burgers they wanted to take both bags to search it. I didnāt wanna do that because I didnāt want the food to go back to the window for everybody to be having a hand in to look for the burger that was missing so then they came back gave the food said they made the fries fresh but all they did was drop the fries back into the oil because they were hard as hell and they didnāt drop all the files because the ones at the bottom were cold as hell from the world I was eating out of waiting in the drive-through line. The lady at the drive-through was so unprofessional. She knew what I came back for act like she couldnāt speak English, but just spoke English when I just came through the drive-through. so she kept ignoring and until she couldnāt ignore us no more because that would mean holding up her line so she went and got someone and had to take both bags around the corner and when I told the lady I wanted a refund, thatās when they decided to drop the fries back into the oil to make it seem like they were doing me a favor and made fries over again because I wanted a refund this place used to be good. It is horrible now Iāll go there to take my daughter to the playground, but even thatās gotten bad.

They put up advertisements for food that they don't have and they look at you like you're crazy when you order it. McDonald's is McDonald's but you can have standards when you hire people. The bar is already aggressively low but they still somehow fail. Complete disgust at the poor service.

Visited on 2025-12-29 at 7:15 am. Restaurant was open, with about 8-10 customers waiting in line, and 3-4 others seated. Dining area seemed clean, kiosks were on. Door to restrooms for customers locked with a keypad; 0/10 would not give a crap again. Took my business elsewhere.

I wouldāve given 5 stars but Iām not!!!! The person in front drive was very unprofessional! My order was wrong upon speaking she was just staring not apologizing closing her with aggression. She still give me the wrong order again. The manager gave us the wrong order too like whatās going on. Without our money yāall canāt pay yāall bills. If you like job choose another profession simple as that wonāt be going there ever again

The food was fast and good but I order though the app and tried to do table service since my leg was hurting but they just called my name and set my food on the counter I don't kkow why they offer table service if they don't do I'm it

Exactly 20 min waiting in spot one for a double quarter pounder mealā¦. To have them bring me the wrong food. Lady didnāt say wait a minute, nothingā¦ just went back inside. Waited an additional 12 min and went insideā¦ unbelievable.
