If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I sat at the drive through window waiting for someone to take my order for 29 minutes. Then just ended up doing a mobile order all for the car at the pickup window to be sitting there for another 25 minutes. Spent a total amount of almost AN HOUR in the drive through lane on a Sunday @10:30pm. It was honestly beyond ridiculous. If I hadn’t already spent my money I would’ve left. The worst location I’ve been to by far.

I was at burger king a few blocks away but left the line because they were taking WAY too long with only two people in line and I had work. So I came to McDonalds hoping it would be faster.
At 6:40pm on a Sunday I was expecting cold food because sundays at fast food places are always hit or miss. However I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a quarter pounder and large fries. They handed it to me in about less than 6 minutes. Both came out pipping hot.
I actually had to go park and eat and be late for work because it was actually good. I don’t know who was in the kitchen at this time but I wish I could tip them because they cooked that burger to perfection😩❤️.

On 5/9/25 at 6pm the person attending the drive through was incredibly rude. When I got to the speaker, the first words out of their mouth was “what do you want”. They didn’t ask if we were using our mobile app, nor welcomed me to the establishment. As a manager for service, this would be unacceptable for my staff. I left the drive through line because of how rude the attendant was.

Place was a absolute horrible experience and one of the managers was a lady name Lauren and she was extremely rude and I saw her picking her nose in the back and the fries were very limp and they didn’t want to give me my mkeny back don’t even come here they’re also very messy and take forever to serve worst mcd ever!lauren count ur days

So, they took away the person at the register to add more help in the back. Been waiting on food for 35 minutes . No one knows what there are doing . Multiple ppl coming in saying items missing from drive thru. Then they got napkins, drinks , sauce behind in the counter. So youll get a napkin here This was the absolute worst experience at a mcdonald's I've had .
