The whole staff is unprofessional and immature it was a huge lack of awareness while placing my order. The food was cold because it took them 23 minutes to bring it out plus they forgot my drink and I had to ask for it three times, also there is an Inconveniencing racial barrier.

My recent drive-through experience was extremely disappointing. The line moved unusually slowly, and despite the long wait, my order was still incorrect. The overall service felt inattentive and unorganized. I understand that every team has challenges, but improved training and staffing could make a significant difference.

Why place an online order when this line wraps around the building at all hours. It’s unbelievable, I’m not even at the speakers yet and it’s been 30 minutes. I tried giving Studemont a shot again and this is my friendly reminder to NOT come back to this location.

There's plenty of space in the drive thru and you can literally walk over from the Kroger. My order came out in reasonable time (7 minutes). The McDouble, McChicken, and fries were exactly as expected and they bagged it well. The ordering kiosks are a tad laggy but aren't they all. They also weren't very well stocked on Apple pie or cookies for a dinner hour (8pm). Anyway, I've been to much worse McDonald's locations recently. This one's not bad at all.
The staff is kind and on point. There are some street dwellers around this mcdonalds but I see the staff constantly on top of things and keeping it clean. Food always comes out in a timely fashion.staff seems cheerfull and has good connection with each other. Again always clean. McDonalds was my first real job I applied for on my 16th birthday almost 40 years ago. I'm impressed.

So I been trying to contact a manager and this people think it’s a game. They forgot some of my food. And I called the store 3 times first 2 times they put me on hold then they hang up and the 3rd time they just won’t answer.

It was like pulling teeth trying to get two mobile orders through the drive through at the same time. The drive through is also super narrow, and I got cut off by another car in the drive through. Not the best location.
