If you don’t offer this to teachers who teach as specialists at private schools you really need to say that explicitly to your customers. It goes against your message of “ appreciating” teachers if they are to be shamed by your manager for “ just wanting free stuff”. It’s embarrassing and demoralizing. An egg McMuffin meal is what? Three dollars? I could have saved time and just gone to Dunkin because I really don’t need that.

The morning manager at this location does not like private school teachers. On Monday, while I was waiting in line, she harassed a teacher from St. Martha’s Catholic school. She also rudely asked, “Are these schools?” when my husband and I came in this morning and showed our school ids. (I teach at public school, he teaches at private school.) You kicked people out seeking safely from flooding. Never going to your restaurant again and making sure you’re on the news on tv. Shame on you! Boycotting you and so will the decent people of Kingwood. You’re heartless.
