Self check out machines donât work and no one seems to want to take your order at the counter. Terrible lobby service, donât blame the tech because the staff doesnât acknowledge your standing there.

I ordered and paid at the drive-thru 3 egg, sausage biscuits at the McDonaldâs on Kingwood drive. Came home and only had 2. đ. Check your order before leaving.

Hi can you help me today to sponsor my granddaughters on there last final competition on cheer going to Flordia Need help to get there flight tickets last day. We don't know anyone . Decided to go to this McDonaldâs on the way home because my girlfriend wanted to snack on some fries, The fries were Stale and dry. I Normally donât care, but these we actually horrible. We came back around and my girlfriend asked nicely for fresh fries and it took them 10minutes to come back and the girl had an attitude and we finally got fries and we could tell all they did was heat them up. Service is absolutely horrible and itâs definitely worth driving the 5 extra minutes to go to the McDonaldâs in town center

I have now regularly order at this location about 1.5 years (moved to the area), 99.9% of the time - the service is actually ABOVE what I'd normally expect from every other mcdonalds/drive through (I don't mean that negatively) the staff (especially day shift) just always seems to go above and beyond in politeness and service. I'm located right between two mcdonalds locations, and I will choose this one every single time :)

Manager Erika was very rude and disrespectful. She clearly was having a bad day and did not want to be there . People with that kind of attitude should not be working in a customer service atmosphere.
I will never be visiting this location ever again. I witnessed a manager by the name of Erica yelling at a customer because her vehicle stalled in the drive-thru. It's a disgrace that she doesn't have sympathy for others. The cashier at the window mentioned that she always treats her staff this way also.

On 01/01/2024, I visited [Mcdonalds on Northpark and ordered multiple different foods for my family. Unfortunately, I found hair in my food which was a fish sandwich (tartar sauce), which was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about food safety.
When I brought this to the attention of Supervisor Rosea, I requested a refund or compensation. However, she initially refused to take any action beyond remaking the sandwich.
It wasn't until I mentioned contacting the health department that Supervisor Rosea's attitude changed. I was shocked to observe that none of the food handlers were wearing hair nets or gloves while preparing food, which is a clear violation of proper food handling practices.
I hope that you will take immediate action to address these serious food safety concerns and ensure that your staff is properly trained and equipped to handle food safely.

Ordered my food on the app, go thru get home and fries are cold Ordered isn't correct, called spoke to manager and had to bring the food back for a refund, and only way to get a refund is bring the food back, so waste my time to go back as it's already late as it is, not the first time my oder has been wrong so I just felt with it before hand and now again after I paid for hot food and it's not, last time goin to this McDonald's

I ordered and paid for 20 nuggets, a medium fry, and extra ranch and buffalo. Got home and realized I only have 10 nuggets and one ranch and one buffalo. Second time this McDonaldâs has done this. Considering making the drive to Porter next time.
