They're not consistent at all. Sometimes the food is fresh and the order is complete. Other times the food is soggy, tastes like hot garbage, and items like condiments are missing. Do NOT order from DoorDash. You will inevitably have something missing. I have ordered using DoorDash at least 20 times from this location (because it's close to my house) and half the time the order is wrong. If you must order from there, just drive to the restaurant and save the $10 to $20 (on my last order I paid $0.99 for the delivery fee, $7.66 for the service fee, and a $6 tip) you pay to DoorDash. Check the order at the drive-thru window there on the spot (it's ok to make them wait)... I'm done with delivery apps.

Gave the wrong food and refused to refund. Told us to drive all the way back there. It is not the hard to make a right sandwhich. The receipt even had what we were SUPPOSED to get. Do not recommend to come here they are incompetent and will not resolve issues.

The Double Homestyle Burger was absolutely delicious. The beef patties were thick. Four stars because the Extra Homestyle Mustard was not only on the inside of the burger but on the outside of the paper wrapping as well. I'll take it as it comes in future. I couldn't help but get mustard on the front of my shirt. The Fries are rightly World Famous but eat them first while they are hot.The kiosk to order was confusing and required me to ask for help. Some of the younger staff were too busy talking on their cell phone to help but older staff members were very helpful, supplying table numbers to the kiosk and answering questions.It's odd that Sweet Tea is on the menu but not actually available. Unless you want to add your own sugar. But then, why have it on the menu? The napkins were difficult to get out of the dispenser and, with mustard everywhere, very necessary.The atmosphere was difficult as an older mother was screaming at her two young daughters for most of our meal. Disquieting. Thus two stars.The Unsweet Tea was very good. No bitterness at all. I finished off the Chicken McNuggets that my grandson couldn't eat. They were very tasty, even without sauce.

So delicious! The QPC was very good. I got more raw onions on it and the perfect catsup and mustard without customizing it. Also we ordered Chicken McNuggets and we got the sauces we requested.
