I have three kids and a husband, I bought a big order. Because of the amount the manager had to put his info in. Not only did the manager look at my receipt in a judgmental manner, when my order was done they yelled out the amount of burgers instead of the number. Now I’m not ashamed about my order. The fact that they tried to shame me and gave me a flimsy box and 2 bags. When asked for big paper bag(same order at another restaurant gave me a brown delivery bag) they looked at me like I was stupid. Handed me a plastic bag…. Will be traveling a bit further next time. They are rude, and very unprofessional.

I stopped for a breakfast sausage meal, at 6:00 a.m. The biscuit was so hard around the edges that I couldn't eat it all. It was almost warm. The hash brown was cold. The apple pie was not hot. At this early in the morning, I expect that the biscuits would be really hot, soft, and fresh. I wonder if that's why they didn't have a long line at the serve through for breakfast. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

My daughter did not get a toy in her happy meal second time in a row! The only reason she comes here is for the toy. I called and they said the next time we cond in they will give her another toy. Well when we came in the managers (Theresa and Jasmin ) were rude and made my daughter cry. I have never been so mistreated that I complained to corporate and over a toy?!!?? I will not be visiting g there again!!! They laughed at me and my daughter. I even offered to pay for a toy. I do t believe they should be in a management position!! Don’t recommend this location !!

It is absolutely pitiful that I have to come inside after waiting 10 minutes in between deliveries from one window to the other for the rest of my food because y’all don’t wanna give me what I paid for when it comes to sauces. That is so sad I had to come in there and try to get my sauces after the lady looked at me in my face and told me she would not give me what I paid for. Then she told me that she wouldn’t give me what I paid for because the other workers will not let her give me what I paid for This place has got to get it together. It is sad. The food is always cold and it’s unfortunate because on this side of Kingwood, this is all we have as McDonald’s from now on we will travel to North Park even though I know their owned by the same lady the people that actually worked there at the other location on Northpark care

I really don’t appreciate this one white male who works the drive thru in the morning. I customize my iced coffee every time and one time he laughed at me and said ‘ here’s your little Starbucks drink’. I came around this morning to the same guy handing me my drink and just laughed and had this little smirk on his face. I just knew from the moment I took a sip of it that he’d done something to it.

Bad night time drive through experience, did not follow order instructions for my McFlurry
When through the drive thru this evening. Waited about 5 minutes at the 1st window to pay (son was driving). When no one w showed up, we proceeded to the 2nd window. Finally, someone poked his head out the window of pay window to come back. He seemed to be early 20's. He then proceeded to ask my son how long he had been driving and how many times he had gone to a drive thru. Very rude.
