Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. The employees couldn’t get my order right, and the manager, Yadira, was rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, she demanded to see my receipt before helping at all. This is not how a manager should act. There was no leadership, no accountability, and no respect for customers.
So they discontinued the penny and this is THE ONLY establishment shorting the customers. That is so shady of y'all.

Worse McDonald’s I have ever been too!! I asked if I could get some condiments for my food and the lady said “OMG! My screen was pretty full, OMG!”. She was so annoyed. I ordered a large fry and the fries were only half full. With the cold half filled fries and the attitude. Never again.

Just came to the Mac Donald’s here on Kingwood drive at 11:50pm and nobody took my order at the drive through. It is clear as day people watching me as I drive by the window to still be ignored and closing does not happen till 12pm. Laura change your hours if workers don’t want to work.

I placed an order and paid through the app. When I got to the drive-thru, I gave them my code and was told to pull to the window. I showed the employee my receipt and proof that the payment had already been taken from my bank account, but they refused to give me my food. I waited there, and instead of resolving the issue, they called the police on me. When the officers arrived, I showed them my receipt again, but the manager still refused to provide the order. The police did nothing, and meanwhile, the staff and officers apparently eat there for free. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

Went to this location for food at 12:30 am.
Their Google business hours say that they close at 1 am. The drive through runt said they close at 12 am. What a drag.

I only stopped to order a free double cheeseburger and large soda and couldn't make the app take my coupon. A nice young man man helped me and I accidentally put that I would be picking up through drive-thru. He said no problem and went to get my order for me. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be back again

I tend to order at this location a lot and I normally don’t have an issue but today the service was terrible. I placed an order in the morning and there was a small accident in the drive thru between, what I’m assuming was 2 customers. So I went inside to pick up my order and half the crew was standing outside watching the scene, leaving me to stand there for 5 mins before I was even approached. Then I placed an order around lunch time, and they forgot both my drink and my sauce completely. When I waked back in the get the drink, once again, I stood there for a while before being helped.

This is my 3rd online breakfast order at this location. They’ve cancelled two and made me wait 30 minutes for the third. Apparently they don’t start the order until you get there despite what the website says. Their drive-thru staff is always polite and apologetic but they don’t determine policy. FYI to this location’s managers: The purpose of online ordering is to pay in advance and pick up at your convenience. In future, I’ll be ordering from a location that understands that.
