This location is very unprofessional every morning. I go to this location something always wrong with this location. The system either down they’re not accepting cash in the morning every other morning to be exact Headquarters needs to come check this place out real soon or they can’t sell food at the moment place always got sum wrong with it

All I wanted on this cold evening was a delicious coffee that I know McDonald's has .... Tonight my coffee was given to me tasteless and cold. I refused to ask for a new one, I just trashed it because my order took over 20 minutes to be made, and the young lady in the purple shirt was already rude to my husband as he asked for his coke to be refilled. She was loud and rude and said we don't have coke as she made an ugly face and rolled her eyes. He proceeded to ask Skyla for Dr pepper instead. What happened to just saying I'm sorry we're all out of coke. No need to be rude. How was he supposed to know a multi million dollar franchise didn't have coke.? All of the staff seemed unhappy to be there. With the exception of Skyla and the older woman who cleans the front lobby. I will never understand why evening shift isn't fully staffed like morning shift. Maybe that explains the employees frustration... Nonetheless you don't be rude to customers!

The lady at the drive through that take the order didn't take the full order she missed one of the combos I ordered. The window that you pick up the order from just stood there staring at us. No communication, no talking, just stares like we were trying to get free food. Once we got out and went inside, we just bought another combo. Problem solved, this is not the place for my family to eat.

The food was great. The $5 Spicy McChicken meal was fresh and the taste was great. The service was also on point. They came quick with the food, It was a wait of max 10 mins. The restaurant was clean, well managed, and affordable. I definitely recommend others to come and visit.
